Lots of good creatine supps out there dude. Just depends on what your willing to spend. I don't personally use creatine because I think it's a waste of money but to each their own.
You might be a non responder.I bought 181 servings of 100% pure creatine monohydrate from vitamin shoppe for $20.00.You take one serving a day.Thats $20.00 for 6 months!
I know that Nutra sells keys. That is all you need is some creatine mono and some juice.
I mix mine with muscle juice-1020 cals,162 carbs,55 protien,60 sugar Theirs your super sophisticated highly engineered insulin spike to dramatically increase the speed of creatine transportation to the muscles for dramatic increase in lean muscular body weight gains.Muscle juice-19 servings-$35.00
ive been hearing a lot about like superpump, noxplode, and nitrotech also. any of these be good for a 17 year old guy. I only wanna take protein and 1 other supp but cant choose.
It is alot of sugar, but i love the cals and carbs and it's pretty cheap.I might start looking for one with less sugar, but i never seen one with so many cals, and i needed it after trying to cut and losing too much muscle(i learned what not to do)Or a sugar comatose! Good way to take it though. Not as harsh as cell tech.
Also, cell tech requires you keep it in a cool dry place. If it is exposed to excessive heat or humidity it will morph into a grizly bear and eat your family. I am serious it is that badass!
ugh. I dont what the heck to choose. theres so many options

the sugar level in cell tech is dangerous if you consume it by the directions ... 2 servings per day or whatever.
especially to those who have family history of diabetes
but it tastes good.

No sh!t that's a good deal. I've used all kinds of creatine supps in the past (like everyone) but for the minimal results I see from it (not to mention temporary) I have quit supplementing with it. Though I will introduce it back into my regiment for pct. Have you noticed any benefits from using it in your pcts?
