I have been using MyProtein for my proats. But, when it's too hot, the protein just gets clumpy and grainy. So, just keep that in mind. I cool it down a little bit and add the protein.

What flavours you nornally use and which ones work well with oats? Have them with unsweetened almond milk

I don't eat oats anymore but I started using 360cut pro whey and the flavor is amazing, it's budget friendly and some of the best flavor

when cost isn't an issue I go with mr supps isolate everytime tho

I have always used Chocolate Smooth for proats. But, I have tried almost 15 flavours of MyProtein.

I love pes but I live in the UK and not that cost effective here

You have more options in Uk with Myprotein than we do in US. Keep in mind, with vanilla, you can make all types of different flavors. You can add pumpkin spice, cinnamon, PB2, Walden Farm's Maple Syrup, etc. Vanilla serves as a base in tons of stuff and is versatile if you're willing to jazz it up

PES Snickerdoodle, Myofusion Banana and iFN Protean Blueberry Muffin are my favorite proteins in oats that are affordable.

I personally use PES or Reflex, also in the uk. Another option I turn to when funds are short (Christmas) is bulk powders, their flavours are spot on, even with almond milk! Better than my protein IMO, always used to get bloat off myprotein, protein has to be good and not bloat for me, I don't mind spending a lot, especially on a cut because it's like a sweet treat every day haha

iForce Protean is a great option that mixes seamlessly into oats. Definitely go with the Blueberry Muffin or Brown Sugar Maple Oatmeal Cookie!

same! PES protein tastes too good to let it be ruined by oats... cmon now. You want to mix an average low cost protein with your oats.

Thats my thinking too! As long as one of these budget whey's taste well with oats I'm happy..so chocolate smooth the best via myproteins whey? Have ordered about 15 samples!

This. Banana MyoFusion is excellent in oats.. throw in a whole real banana, some blueberries, and a little bit of honey. Money

Or you can overpower the oats with PEScience's stronger flavor, which is usually my approach lol.

PEScience (probably chocolate PB cup) would also be my choice but OP said he lives in the UK and it's expensive there. bdcc any ideas for this guy for Select in the UK? The USPLabs deal is solid, and their flavoring is good, but I'm assuming shipping kills that too. iForce Protean Blueberry Muffin is good in oats, can you get that?

Both of these flavors are great but then you forgot the Mint Choc Chip which worked well for me in
overnight proats. That mint flavor in overnight proats coming out the fridge chilled .:p

I buy 5kg whey from myprotein for first time chocolate flavor , all I can say is I can't digest it every time I drink a shake my stomach is upset especially if I mix it with creatine (myprotein)

Which type of whey? They offer many different types. Ive been using their whey hydrolosate intra-workout and have had no digestion issues whatsoever.

I use MyProtein the exact way use take (with creatine). No problems at all. I mean, everyone reacts differently to different products. But MyProtein is very low on thickener, gums etc..

I think he's talking about Whey Concentrate.

I love me a thick shake though :/\ quality over quantity. Dedicated nutrition do a 1.8kg (53servs) tub for £28 in the UK. mad flavours, nice n thick, 50/50 whey/milkprotein blend AND all grass fed cows. I do use them sometimes if I can't get PES but I prefer reflex one stop whey PWO.

Which flavor do you recommend for the Fusion Pro?

I had chocolate mint, maple syrup, tropical coconut and banana ice cream and did not really like them. Bulkpowders is also my favorite for protein.

Impact whey is the one I have ordered..just hope some of the flvours go well with my oats/almond milk! Although like most say I prefer the blend with casein to give it that thicker consistency

I've got some choctella ice cream left I quite liked. But I've used pistachio (loved it) caramel n walnuts (mediocre) and choc peanut butter (also a love). But I know what you mean, not the fullest flavours BUT good quality, no bloat and decent price!

I am tempted to try Tiramisu next. Yeah, it is good quality, but protein content could be more and actually was when it was still sold in bags.

It's called impact whey protein I agree that myprotein has good products on good prices but the impact whey is just not for me

Yep. It's their Whey Concentrate.

Yea fellas... Whey concentrate can be rough. Mostly everyone I personally know cannot tolerate it without digestive issues, gas and blaoting.

However wpc80 which is in PES select has been ok for me. I still hardly ever push more than a scoop and a half anymore with it though. I have been making protein pancakes with whole eggs and almond flour, so one scoop with the other ingredients still pushes me to around 45-50 grams of protein for the meal, it's it's a variety of food sources which I find is more optimal for me.

We make some flavours in Europe (frosted chocolate cupcake, snickerdoodle, cookies n cream, gourmet vanilla) so these can be found cheaper than peanut butter cup and peanut butter cookie.

If someone in the UK knows where to look they can find the large tubs for <£35. :)
