What Blood tests should I ask my Dr. to run after PCT?

I'm about to go for another round of PH in mid Feb. I want to do Blood work before then. What panels do I need to ask him for? Endocrine and what else? I posted this in The Health Forum and no one responded.
 
probably just a basic one it covers alot from your liver function to cholestrol to other stuff. I got a script here from my doc and it has a bunch of stuff scribbled on it and all I asked was for blood work
 
full male hormonal panel, and a comprehensive metabolic panel which will include things like liver enzymes, kidneys, glucose, BUN, and all that stuff.
