What are your Top 3 must have supplements

Leucine, citrulline, creatine, protein. Also cycle on and off of daa since it came out. Currently useing dpol and love the pumps from the nitrates so I think I will use it as my sourve of daa from now on. Almost forgot I was using vidatest pretty frequently as well and like it alot. Right now im giving ergo a run. Im thinking of trying cop and plcar. If I like them they may become a new part of the year round stack.

MassHGH
BCAAs
Creatine

Most have listed creatine. What is you prefferred form to use. How many times can one substance be approved upon Lol.

What about Prime by usp labs. It is after all the #1 muscle pill. I guess we are all just missing the boat on that.

What about it? Its a great product IMO.

I have tons in my stash but this thread is to name products you will not go without.

As in staples.

Prime is a hit or miss product for most. for me, i respond well to the stuff. I love it with Anabeta as well. Prime gives me nice strength gains where as anabeta gives me a fuller feeling throughout the day, increases appetite = weight gain.

But you see if it is the # 1 pill for muscle one could only really conclude that it would be a staple..

I think this is a more rational view, I noticed the same with Anabeta.

I didn't see too much from agmatine I think.

I'm a creatine, protein, vitamin man myself.

Lol would you buy it if it said "It kinda works" on the bottle?

It's marketing, its a good product IME and many others have had success with it as well.

What more do you want?

based on the above suggestion of orange triad / muscle marinade and their plethora of ingredients, not much

Orange triad is a vitamin bro. Not even close to the same type of product selling point.

Same with MM, while a very effective preworkout, is not the same type of product.

Apples to Oranges bro.

Oh I thought we had moved on from the Prime discussion.

You made a comment associated with Prime and I responded to it and you thought we had moved on?

Hope your not serious.

Cooper, how many scoops of ConDense you running?

-EPA/DHA
-Magnesium creatine chelate
-Creatinol-O-Phosphate

Creatinol did nothing for me. What do notice that puts it in the top 3

Increased endurance, so I don't have to shave off reps when going into heavier weight, thus avoiding singles, and possibly getting doubles...Also decreased recovery time, which is ideal to get a better work to rest ratio.

I found it most useful in the 3 week cycle of olympic lifting I did like a month ago, helps a lot when the dynamic effort and explosive movements are too many...at least for me.

you asked what more I would want and that would be at least some studies supporting the effectiveness of the actives.

I would like human studies on most of the supplements in this industry. Does not having them make them worthless when anecdotal evidence says otherwise? I say no but if that's how you feel then DAA and creatine mono is probably all you wanna buy bro.
