Guys who take ubiquinol, what health effects are you after using this? Just curious as I started reading on it and most info is about cardiovascular health.

Kinda joking, but mainly serious. It supports cellular energy processes for improved cardiovascular health. If you use steroids, your heart is going to become enlarged. If you don’t use steroids but you still strength train, your heart is going to become enlarged. As you age, your coq10 levels deplete and cardiovascular health becomes more important as it inherently can decline with age. So basically if you lift and you are 30+, it’s a good health investment regardless.
I do find a bit more cardiovascular endurance when using it preWO. Not in a massive sense, but in a small positive way. No downsides, besides the coin.
