For anyone taking Mtest as a staple... have you considered adding Toonkat Ali as well?

MTest is my favorite natty booster and I think I'll make that and AE staples. Just wondering if Toonkat wouldnt give just another little bump.

M-Test does already have tongkat ali. I personally wouldn’t add more

My bad I feel like a noob for not realizing eurycoma longifolia is tongkat ali. MTest is legit af.

Don't feel bad for it. Most people call it Tongkat Ali or Longjack.

Eurycoma longifolia is the botanical name.

I think LongJax is a name of a patented extract. Same with LJ100.

Guys who take ubiquinol, what health effects are you after using this? Just curious as I started reading on it and most info is about cardiovascular health.

So my heart hopefully doesn’t explode while lifting with intense effort in conjunction with my AAS use and higher bodyweight.

Kinda joking, but mainly serious. It supports cellular energy processes for improved cardiovascular health. If you use steroids, your heart is going to become enlarged. If you don’t use steroids but you still strength train, your heart is going to become enlarged. As you age, your coq10 levels deplete and cardiovascular health becomes more important as it inherently can decline with age. So basically if you lift and you are 30+, it’s a good health investment regardless.

I do find a bit more cardiovascular endurance when using it preWO. Not in a massive sense, but in a small positive way. No downsides, besides the coin.

Yeah Carlyle I’ve had good quality from as well. My current D3, Vitamin C, and Glutamine (for acid reflux control on blast) all works nicely.
Glutamine helps acid reflux???

Guess I need to finally buy some for this gastritis and reflux.

How much carnitine do you take in a day if I may ask? I am currently using 2 grams a day.

I currently review eaa with peptorpo and hydrolyzed collagen. But I can agree with you, I've done a lot similar.
Ps: I consume 3 gr. of liquid carnitine before and
during training.

Hi I WILL try to explain but firstly I must apologize about my poor english
so lets start
as we all know whey protein contain all 20 amino acids and its the first choice for lean muscles
on the other hand eaa contain essential aminos that your body cant produce by its own
so until now all the athlets believe that eaa aminos because they are pre-digested and they enter your blood stream
almost immediately its one of the best choice only as intra workout supplement or immediately after workout
for better recovery in a very small doses....
thats a BIG MISTAKE
I AGREE THAT ABOUT EAA SUPPLEMENTS biggest dissadvantage is price cost but..... nothing else
I consume only unflavoured eaa because i think suclalose is a big enemy for our health
so which is my results?
the magic world is LEAN AT LEAST 20% BETTER THAN WHEY AT THE SAME PERIOD FOR EXAMPLE 12 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS
muscle gains? SUPER
strength gains? SUPER
ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM ABOUT KIDNEY FUNCTION OR SOME OTHER SIDE EFFECT....
I dond need of course extra bcaa
all other aminos i take with my food
i always take after eaa dose swanson digestive enzymes for better absorption
Finaly the only i can say is that after 3 months you will see results very close like take prohormone cutting stack

Glutamine helps acid reflux???

Guess I need to finally buy some for this gastritis and reflux.
I give glutamine a 10 recently. Had only been dosing at 5g ed. Was getting gastric flare ups lately, and decided to take 5g 3x daily with a glass of water. After about the 3rd day my digestive issues improved significantly. Still not perfect, but I’d say 80% better. Just have to take more, or at least I do and make sure you’re committed to using it consistently and long term.
