Its funny when doing board presses, everytime I do them I have at least one person ask me why. Even more people ask about bands.
Deadlift sumo/conventional (from a DEAD stop)
Squat (you should get those comments about going to deep!)
Clean and Jerk/Snatch/Overhead Squat (cleans and snatches from the floor as mentioned, also caught low, olympic style)
Front/Zercher Squat (again LOW!)
Goodmorning/GHR/Pullthroughs (gotta get that posterior chain working)
I grouped them as I have to many and now I don't even have room for the upper body exercises.
