What are the top 5 most underrated exercises?

board press
floor press
sumo deadlift
zercher deadlift
thick bar variations of all barbell lifts

Its funny when doing board presses, everytime I do them I have at least one person ask me why. Even more people ask about bands.

Deadlift sumo/conventional (from a DEAD stop)
Squat (you should get those comments about going to deep!)
Clean and Jerk/Snatch/Overhead Squat (cleans and snatches from the floor as mentioned, also caught low, olympic style)
Front/Zercher Squat (again LOW!)
Goodmorning/GHR/Pullthroughs (gotta get that posterior chain working)

I grouped them as I have to many and now I don't even have room for the upper body exercises.
 
Good call. People are always doing this 'light jog' bullsh*t to lose weight. Try running 800's: those cut you up like a knife.

I would take sprints over squats any day!
cuz you lso work out the most important muscle... the heart!

which if we are talking about things that are underrated, i think that is number one, especially for body builders!
