What are some unusual tips for weight loss that worked for you?

Plan your meals and macros out. Carry mints or gum that can help. Drink lots of water.

That's not unusual ;) That's what people should usually be doing to lose weight and maintain.

I'm a believer in the apple cider vinegar with the mother every morning to aid in weight loss. (Of course a long with proper diet and training)

Instead of doing 20/30/40min steady state cardio in the morning or post workout. Take 10 minute brisk walks after 2-4 of your daily meals for a myriad of benefits.
  • Improved Insulin Sensitivity
  • Decrease gas
  • Improve Digestion
  • Decrease DOMS
  • Aids Recovery
Ive been doing this for the last couple of years and definitely feel like it does what the claims are.
Now, how scientific this is I dont know, i got this from Stan Efferding :)

  1. I prefer to eat on a small plate. It's the same measure of food, but different perspective. Optical illusion leads us to make inaccurate estimates of serving size, depending on what size plate they are presented on. (Source: food psychology)
2. Snacking on Dark Chocolate: If I am craving something sweet, I would grab dark chocolate. I am really addicted to this chocolate.

3. I go to shopping: Trying new clothes makes me feel, how good I am in the dress, which inspires me to stay in shape.

These are actually great tips. When I am at my leanest I tend to have some dark chocolate each night. just a tiny square.

Also: veggies. Get your good healthy, natural fiber in.
