What a GOOD post-workout Supplement??

As of right now ive been taking Jack3d for about a month and usually take in 52grams of whey protein on workout days. What a good post workout supplement? My goal is to just get toned.
 
For post workout, I think a good BCAA+Glutamine+Glycine would help a lot 30 minutes after workout. Then followed by a good protein/carbo mix.

Postal by Lg Sciences is excellent. Fast digesting protein, creatine and low and high GI carbohydrates. Also has some nice extras to help increase insulin release and help cortisol reduction.
 
First all in one supp I used was MP recon, I liked it would use again and reccomend. Just little pricey
 
Ahh **** i read it wrong, no i use NO Shotgun for pre and Gold Standard 100% whey for during and post workout,, sorry bout that yo
 
Ive been wanting to try postal to go along with my other lg goodies but have yet too see a good sale on it
 
I use NO synthesize w a scoope of BCAA's and Glutamine after... Then 45 min after, a meal w complex carbs and protein...
 
i think the "matrix" from dark matter is bulls*** i started just tkn a reg protien with some creatine and noticed a difference immediately "literally".
