Welcome to Havoc City

14 - Sunday, my rest day. Time to eat, eat, eat. Yesterday I had some really good workouts. Started with a tricep workout moved to shoulders, finished with shrugs and forearms. Really got the rear deltoid good! My delts lack and I am trying to improve them.

And so week 3 begins tomorrow. I am excited. I might take a day off work just to take some stress off while I focus on doing things right.

Have you reported any weight gains yet? If so what were they? Havoc usually takes about 2 weeks to fully kick in anyway(i think), so you should have considerable vasularity and weight gains by now....

I have some gains. I came off creatine monohydrate to start the cycle. I weighed in at somewhere between 212-215. Right now, day 15, I weigh in somewhere between 224-227.
 
15 - Leg Workout. Did Leg press x 5, Leg curl - Hamstring x 4, Calf raises on stairs x 7, Hip Abduction x 3, Hip Extension x 3, Leg Extension x 4 and felt pretty exhausted. I usually lack on legs day, but today I felt somewhat satisfied with what I did.

Not much else to report on other than I feel pretty tired and like I want to go to sleep. Definitely getting 8 or 9 hours sleep tonight.
 
glade to hear u guys are enjoying the shakes i find them the best way to get in the extra cals, your weight gains are impressive i can only hope my cycle goes as good as yours seems to be. I have been taking some left over epi for the last four days, days 1-2 10mg day 3 20mg and day 4 today 30mg workouts have been awesome so far. Im goin to start a log Tomm. which is when i will be purchasing my cycle, still haven decided yet if i want to go with spawn or epi/bold i think ill start a pole.

Excellent! Throw a link to your log on here and I will sub to it. Hopefully everyone else too, you have given great advice on this thread. I would say go with the epi but I ain't very experienced!

I have been following. I have similar stats to you and I am thinking about running havoc sometime in the next 6 mo. Good log.

One comment on the shakes. If you don't have a coffee grinder a blender works well too. When I was bulking I used to take 1 cup of oats, grind them up by themselves. Then add 2 big scoops of protein powder and a big spoonful of almond or peanut butter, water, and grind again. Pour that in a big Nalgene bottle and you are good to go. 2x a day was good times for me.

IMO this is prob one of the best OTC PCT products you can get i would say you will be good with this i canot post link due to not having enough post but i did start my log you can go to my profile and look at threads started by clloc I decided to go with Spawn+Activate xtreme come check it out
 
16 + 17 - amazing chest and biceps workout. I am putting on weight really quick, it almost scares me. Diet still going strong. I have noticed that my sleep doesn't quite charge me up all the way, or at least I don't feel ready to go in the morning after eight hours sleep. I have been hella busy with school and it has been a struggle. On Tuesday, I skipped out on my first class to get a good lift in. A D I D A W O. I may try and hit some abs before the day is out.
I did flip out extra hard yesterday. I accidentally deleted a piece of homework that I needed to get done after I had been working on it for an hour. The whole night I was ready to skewer the next person who looked at me wrong. It felt like I was a little raged, not my normal self.
I will try and give an update on weight tomorrow
 
Carcaya - Dude your cycle is sick! Those are the kind of results I was hoping for. I started this at about 208lbs 6'1" with a pretty solid base. I haven't ever measured my body fat, so I don't have that info. My cycle is very simular to yours. Except I'm dosing at 20/30/30/40 and my diet is at about 3500 calories a day. I'm now on day 16 of my cycle. The issue with my motor skills went away when I started drinking water like a fish and added two gatorades a day. I definatly have the lethargy about two hours after a dose. My concern lies with the results I'm getting. My arms have leaned out quite a bit. I am now at about 214lbs, but I think that is due to the added calories I take in a day because I can see the added fat around my mid section. I do have some added strength, but nothing very recordable. The rage is present at times. I can tell just by the way I respond to someone remarks or to certain situations. I picked up a bottle of taurine yeserday hoping that going to pick the gains up a little more. Im using superpump and size on during my workouts. I'm just not putting on the pounds like you seem to be. Are you experiencing the same leaning effect on the arms? Do you think alot of the weight your putting on is going towards your mid section?

Ya I think I did answer my phone dude, if you are talking to me. If you are talking to Tear then whatever.

I got a good workout in at the University. I focused on back Lat pull down x 6 sets, reverse fly x 3, rows x 3. Wish I could have put in a little more but it felt good. I am feeling pretty revved to workout - want to do it all day long. I am regenerating super quick!

I am glad your motor skills are back in action. As far as the leaning effect on your arms. . . have you done some measurements? I find that my eyes are often not the best tool to judge my body. I get way too critical on myself.

My arms have not been leaning out necesarily. At the start of the cycle a little bit of my vascularity left which pissed me off, but now that has returned. My guess is that I lost the creatine, but then with training they revascularized(is this a word?) and grew a bit maybe?

I would switch up training styles with your arms to really get them to react, try higher volume lifts.

I know what you mean about the midsection though. I have put on a bit more pudge and have that 'lets get back to cutting' feeling. I will stick it out through the pct though. I cannot deny that I have put on some lean mass though. Chest, back, legs, even abs feel like they have grown.
 
19 - holy wreckage. My chest is under construction! We did a batch of 10 sets chest press and blew them up! aka german volume training. I weighed in at 229-230 today, and I am as hungry as can be.
R & R needed. Sides not getting any worse or any better. Overall, I feel comfortable with the cycle.

10 when you wake up, 10 at lunch, then 20 around 5:30.

Measurements are hard to keep accurate for sure. Dsade is right on with the dosage. 45 minutes preworkout dose the 20mg. And spread the other 2 10 mg doses 6 hours apart. Keep it up dude!

22 + 23 - Still rolling rolling rolling! Monday I felt a huge strength boost in chest. Went up to 100's on chest press quite easily. My elbow started feeling quite raw though so I made sure to take some extra cissus fish and glucosamine in the day. In the evening, I hit biceps hard. I was a little concerned with how quickly I was putting on weight, concerned with too much fat gain so i stepped off the calories just a bit these days. Weighed in at 233. I am really liking this week. This morning I did deadlifts and lat pulldowns. I feel fried. Well, I am off to class.
 
damn dude 20lbs in 23 days that is nuts even if you have gained some fat that is still a huge gain. That must be noticable has anyone asked if you are on anything yet? i only ask because once i jump on something and gain like five lbs it seems everyone is asking me what im on.

I haven't had anyone ask me if I am taking anything. I don't think anyone I know would come out and ask though. . . I have had a few comments though. This one lady at my work stopped me in the hall and was like 'you are getting huge!!!' :lmao:
 
well maybe those shakes are to many cals for you if you think your puttin on to much fat

ya, I think I am just a paranoid bugger when it comes to fat. I haven't porked up too much, but enough to increase my desire to cut!
 
lol he's just paranoid! barely put on any fat! maybe 20 percent of the weight tops. which is a lot i suppose but still that'd be 16 pounds of muscle

Ya, dont even worry dude. I am finishing week 4 and my vascularity is greater than when I started and still no creatine in my system. I did a legs workout today and by the end even my shoulders and arms were all pumped and super hard.

My workout partner at the university looked like this ---->:shock:
He was like, 'dude, you were big, but now you are really big.'

So I only got 6 and a half hours of sleep last night and my body was super pissed about it. It was somewhere in between :squintfinger: and :31: My body is super tired. When I wake up, I am sooooo hungry but get full really quick.

Are things kicking in for you, Cloc?
 
well workout was good yesterday good pumps although vascularity is down i look leaner i will update my log after workout today
 
26 - I looked in my havoc bottle and I only have like 9 pills left. I felt sad. It was a great chest workout today. Decline dumbell x 4, Incline x 4, barbell wide grip flat x 3, and some cable fly work. I am feeling so much harder as of late :)
 
28 - Last pill . . . here it goes down, down into my belly. . . la la la la! I am done with my havoc bottle. Starting PCT tomorrow.
