Hello, Im Brandon out of Wyoming! Been hitting the gym every day except sunday for about 3 years. Working on my fourth obviously ive skipped a day or two due to studying/school/de-loading. All natural at this point (to my knowledge, won a test booster from complete nutrition and it could have been a pro hormone (3-test oxo) ) plan on trying out lg sciences bulking andro kit! And was looking i to it on here and here i am! .-. Hi!
Welcome to AM:bigok:Hey all.
Name's Cellie (Kelly with a C). 35 y/o, 2 kids. I'm a motivational speaker and own a couple other businesses that are basically a 1-stop shop for all business management needs from incorporation thru day-to-day management/administration with clients around the globe. I've been working out for years but wanted to kick it up a notch. I recently found out I have diastasis recti (any info on such would GREATLY be appreciated) which is highly upsetting knowing that all my ab work was pretty much making it worse.
I hope to get a handle on this diastasis crap now that I know what I'm facing, learn and grow more (knowledge-wise) and get leaner.
So where would i head to read up on a PH cycle? Any good suggestions?
Getting older...lol. Just wait a few more years. It's getter better...or worse depending on your perspective and outlook. Regardless, injuries suck. I'm 38 and have had 2 serious injuries that limited my ability to train in the past 5 years. But I'm starting to see the light at the end. I'm sure you will too. Welcome to AMWhat's up everyone? My name is Alex. I'm 24 and just graduated with a degree in chemical engineering. Going to be starting an engineering job in New York state this summer. I used to be super into lifting, loved lifting heavy weight and getting stronger. Then I hurt myself. I had a small tear in my labrum that caused me to stop lifting. Ended up dislocating my shoulder and tearing the labrum 50%. Had the surgery, fixed my shoulder, and developed bicep tendinitis after (or at least that's what I think it is; doctors haven't been able to help at all). It runs from the top of my shoulder all the way to my elbow.
I've managed to work around it and avoid certain things that really make it flare up (can't even do curls anymore) but I really miss lifting the way I used to. Gains have never been the same since my surgery. I stumbled upon this forum researching bpc 157. Planning on trying it out and hoping it will heal my bicep. If it does I plan on doing a test only cycle soon after since I'm getting older. It would be my first one. Looking forward to gaining knowledge from this forum![]()

Whatsup guys and gals. Im blake! New to the forum. Been into body building about a year now, super inspired by Julian Smith, Artimus and all of the GA crew. Just here to learn new stuff and im pretty sure I have watched anything on youtube that has to do with body building already and im kinda bored with the videos. Im currently deployed but I go home to Georgia soon, get out of the army in a few months (about time lol) pretty good time though. Looking forward to learning a lot!

Hey everyone, I've been lurking around here for a long time now and thought I'd finally say hello. I've gained so much knowledge from this forum and I would like to thank all the members who so diligently contribute to this forum. I've been working out off and on for a while but I got back into and have been serious for 1.5 years. I'm 28yo, 6'2" and currently sitting at 170 pounds. As many others do I work two jobs and a lot of hours which consists of mainly nights but days as well. I've been on a cut for the past few months trying to loose this abdomen and love handle fat I've been carrying around since I was like 12-14yo. I tried to get leaned out last summer but hit 168 pounds and decided I needed to get some LBM before I got any leaner. Again, thanks to everyone for all the knowledge you have helped me gain.

Just a passerby looking for knowledge. thanks in advance

Been lurking around here a few weeks and Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm 32. I've worked out since I was 13 except for a period of 3 almost 4 years. My job required me to go to 3'rd shift. While on third I could barely maintain a normal life let alone work out or focus on my diet. So needless to say I've lost most of any gains I've ever made. I've been back on first for about a year and I'm just now starting to feel "normal". I've cycled orals in the past but apparently things have changed big time in 4 years. Ive just now gotten my diet pretty well nailed down the last 2 months and just starting to incorporate working out into my schedule. I'm no where near ready to run a cycle but enjoy researching and reading ( it helps keep me motivated lol). Right now I'm 5'10" and 220lbs and around 25% bf. Ultimately my goals are just to be in great shape and have some fun. Might even try out for the local semi-pro football team next spring (probably wishful thinking). But I'd love to get just one more year of playing time before I'm to old. Lol

Hello I'm Cheeky Monkey.
I'm 6ft tall, 208 lbs and in my late 30s. I've been seriously training and dieting since beginning of Feb this year. I started at 221 lbs so I'm making some progress. I'm trying to stay healthy and fit for my kids so I can be around for them as long as I can. I know, it sounds weird but it was the only way to motivate me to start taking care of my health.
Cheers!
