Welcome To Anabolic Minds! Introduction Thread!

Welcome guys!

Howdy everyone, new here. Finally decided to sign up.
Here to read more than post. I've recently gone through a spell of lack of motivation and really let myself go to the point of I'm starting to get the dad bod look going on.

So hopefully I can learn some new stuff and get myself back on track.

Just saying hi for the first time. Long time lifter, started when I was 16. I'm now 39 and have been lifting hard and consistent for 2 years. Here is a transformation pic so far. Trying to prioritize my chest now as I have naturally large and strong delts, so my look is off. Any other suggestions or critiques welcomed.

Hey fellow lifters,

I have been reading these forums for years and finally decided to make an account and spread some of what I know to the world. I am in the military and have been serving for about 7 years. I started lifting weights recreationally in high school over 10 years ago and haven't stopped since (other than a few years for an injury). I am a CPT and went through the course just to help myself I am not really interested in training people because most people that need a trainer can't perform at the intensity level I like to stay at.

I just started to bulk up trying to go from 192 lbs to 215lbs. I am currently using MusclePharm Mass gainer once a day as a snack and consuming roughly 4500 calories, 200g of protein, 400 grams of carbs.

If you have any tricks to the trade let me know.

Welcome bro. A lot of people here are transplants from bb.com or utilize both. Good thing about am is that you can get good info/feedback on a variety of products that aren't on bb.com. We also have an anabolic a section as well to utilize. Stick around for a while. I am sure you won't be disappointed.
