Hey guys,
I am slowly easing back into lifting after some aggravating joint problems. Tendonitis in the Achilles has been the most annoying this year. Looks like an informative forum yall have here, I look forward to picking some of your brains in the near future.
What up Mike! Welcome to AM bruh!Hi, I'm Mike and I just discovered this forum. So far I am really enjoying all the great info and laughs it has to offer.
I'm 32, 197 lbs and still cutting. I've changed my habits and body a lot in the last 2 years and am ready to finish this cut. I am going for 185, but of course the mirror will decide if I stop short of that or cut further.
My goals are to be strong, athletic and explosive and to do so naturally(I take glutamine and whey protein when I feel it would help, but that's it. I know "natural" can have many meanings.)
I am hoping that I will get some good information to help me iron out the details to finish his cut as it has slowed lately for me. I also would love to make some friends and have some people to discuss nutrition and excessive with as my family and friends kinda don't wanna hear about it anymore.
-Mike
