I'm Quincy and I'm a first timer. I have been into fitness for a long time, since high school. I goal is to eventually get back onto the competitive stage I the over 40 category; "Masters" I think. Hi guys. have been a member for a long time, but will introduce myself again
my name is Andrew i live in Greece. and i love to lift heavy.had a bad back (fell from a stool once) , heavy lifting fixed it :-)
anyway trying to do my best with limited resources , no gym in my town, no money for supps, no job, (no woman) no cry .
currently at 110kg body weight. my best deadlift is 250kg for 2 reps.not much i know but trying my best

Yes man, will try and do. keeping up the spirits is the best way to go forward.(and keeping up the heavy weights too)
 
Been lurking awhile but starting a log so I need to up my post game. PL'er from age 17-25, back injury then a 20 year break, now back into iron game "with a vengeance," primarily for general fitness and a little BB - did a 50+ show last year. Have run a few PH / SARM cycles; rely on this forum and a couple of the sponsors for advice.

I have been lifting and working out since high school.

I wrestled, I currently enjoy Jiu Jitsu and Lifting some weights. At the moment I am soft in the middle so I am looking to tighten that up. Adding a plate or so on either side of the bar wouldn't hurt either.
