doesn't matter if its a set of 3, 5, 10, or 20. I always reset on that last rep and for whatever reason.....
There’s benefit from that and there’s also benefit from a “touch and go” approach. Just depends on what your goal is. You can definitely reinforce form resetting every rep such as deadlift.I think I reset every rep on the big lifts…no good?

dude IDK what it is about Thursdays but i can remember going back as far as like 2010-2013 always always always feeling like Thursdays are the hardest day, way harder than Fridays lol

There was a dude in North Carolina when I was working a project there he had his camper set up and then outside he had rack set up, dude was out there rain or shine getting it done.there used to be a dude here on AM that was squatting like 445 in his back yard in upstate new york in the snow. he'd have to shovel his back porch off to go out and squat. I think about him a lot and have never tried to be like him.
