Weights up, scales down…

Joint Edge, having used all 3. Elite Curcumin is the superior Curcumin product, but Joint Edge specifically is better for routine joint use. Elite is better for an acute injury or health supp. But I prefer Theracurmin XT even more for that.
Appreciate the advice on that!

Stomach has still been a little wonky but other than that feeling great. Really good session. Romanian deadlift seems to really be getting stronger, rows getting stronger. All good stuff 💪🏻
 
No cardio this morning, garage was cold, hot coffee sounded way better 😂

So this week the stomach has just been meh, today seems better.

Late afternoon session, wrapped up work early today. Hit up the commercial gym been probably 2 maybe 3 months give or take. Man the weights felt light there 😂

Also planned on trick or treating with the kids… but weather has other plans 20-25 north wind spurts of sleet and rain 40 degrees. So we got candy and some other goodies ordering pizza. Put the kiddie inflatable pool in the living room and filled with blankets and pillows. So movie night with pizza and treats 🤘🏻

Ugh I know everyday I try to enjoy all the time I can with the little ones while it lasts!

So we we ended up making a walk around the block little guy rode in the wagon and my daughter walked along and we stopped at quite a few houses so she could tric or treat, she had a blast and a great first time!

Whenever I know work will be messing with my food schedule I always have seeds/nuts of some sort I can just guzzle on the go. Keep something in ya know?

205 by 7 was a RPE 10 basically I’ll probably drop down a bit and add either pause bench or feet up for a wave. Then come back and go for 210.

The way the program is, on the last set if you hit 7+ go up in weight.

when I tell my wife to slow down and she asks why I walk so slow, I tell her it's evolutionary intelligence. A man inherently knows not to squander energy unnecessarily, so that I am prepared at all times to protect her 😂
 
So no treadmill and no weights tonight, I’m just wiped and sore as hell today. So going to just have a rest day and make up tomorrow.

I loved it when I was a kid in W.Va, so much to do, sledding, tubing, occasional snow days. I loved it, but if I can't do those things, I ain't interested. Our houses aren't built or insulated for that kind of weather down here either.
