Didn’t have the will to get up this morning. Been a long week of doing bridge inspections and it’s catching up 😂

also while not ideal next week and a half I’ll have to go out west. We do bridge inspections for 2 counties out there. Luckily the wife’s parents are out that way I’ll take the whole family, they can have fun while I knock out inspections. So no iron for that time frame as i will have to leave early every morning to travel. Even years are very busy between 3 of us we have to inspect 500 bridges this year.
 
Just push the diet a bit, or go for maintenance while out there if you don't feel like just cleaning up a little during this time. Might as well make some progress somewhere during that time if you can and you can make a little extra fat loss happen during that time if you want to take a quick couple of clean up weeks. Give you something to take advantage of all that activity and no heavy training.

That’s what I was thinking, I switched over to maintenance a while before the little one was born and just maintaining at 224-225. So think I’ll switch up and drop some calories and drop a bit.

Between being slammed busy work and then when done I was with the family and went and actually did some activities with them I hardly touched my phone.

the tapatalk app has been funky on my phone the past couple months since they did an update, it's made getting into the forum via mobile pretty slow for me, I feel like I have major catch up to do on the daily now lol

It was a good time one of are mutual friends has a big ranch out west so we did a farm tour to go see all the cattle out on pasture are little girl just loves cows. Also pretty neat there is a large hill and on top is an old Indian burial ground and down below you can see still all the stones from the teepee rings.

damn that pre is strong, had me sweating like crazy! OHP I was maybe a little over stimmed but after that it was smooth sailing. Another great session, definitely weights feel heavier with my break.

Also just got and paid the final bill for when are son was born. Sure glad to have insurance 😅 still stung 😂

I'm curious what that came in at for you guys. When my boy was born I don't even remember a bill. It might have been $2500 but I sorta wonder if it was even that high. (15 years ago). My nephew 8 years ago I think was like $12k, but my other nephew in 2019 was an ICU baby born at 26 weeks I think I told you about. Because he was an ICU baby there was so much state assistance that my brother said he thinks he ended up at $0 in hospital expenses. My wife's cancer from last year so far is around I think $12-15k. from billing cycles I've seen her billing is approaching a million $ so I'm obviously grateful for how much insurance has been involved. I just always find it interesting to see where expenses land post coverage.

Yeah I remember you telling me about your nephew. The grand total for my wife and boy was 2,130 for the delivery and all. For all the weekly monitoring we did that grand total was 1,500 and change. So all in al not bad, no insurance I think it was 30-35k ? Somewhere in there.
 
yeah dude that sounds fantastic when you think about the level of service and care they receive and how many people are involved with the situation. definitely still stings but sounds like insurance was a good blessing!

You carry more bodyfat still so odds are you will aromatize it more than average - start very light on the serving size and don’t feel like you need to get up to a certain number of pumps. Listen to your body and only add pumps slowly if you do.

I can’t use anything like the recommended serving size.
 
No but I remember you used it after your Dermacrine run, so I’ll be ordering some up and reduce XT and either inhibit E or eridicate E. Or maybe I should just order a serm to be safe?

That's probably a Hyde or Kleen question tbh. But for Dermacrine the Alpha Gel was enough for me.
These days if I ever feel an itch that lasts more than a day I just throw down a couple pumps of alpha gel and it's gone in 24hrs.

I think you will be safe but if your balls start getting a bit smaller as you go along then it wouldn't hurt to get one for the end of the run. Really comes down to doses and how your body responds. If suppressed I would rather see SERM use than an equally expensive bottle of test booster products just because it will work better.

Understandable, but we all know MA Research is legit and Mike's reputation speaks for itself so easier to trust him.

have been getting about 12k steps last week and this week on average. Legs are definitely fatigued squats felt good but that was about all I had in me. Overall good session

I noticed that often times on legs day, or even the day after legs day, I'm stuck at like level 4 or 5 on this particular bike I get on at the gym and yesterday I was just cruising along at level 9/10. Just sorta cracks me up how that leg fatigue can hit sometimes.
 
Long ass day today. Wife has just been exhausted last few days so last night I got up when the little guy needed tending and he got up a lot last night 😂
