This weekend I did not get to make up the day for the 4th like I had planned. This weekend the wife was feeling a little overwhelmed with housework the dogs just all the things combined. So we both deep cleaned went for some walks. I watched the little kiddo so she could go out and do some stuff this weekend. Then Sunday morning we went to the lake and had a day just laying around the beach and a nice family outing.
Today was the start of a 2-3 week project at work that’s going to occupy more time.
this morning at the gym 5am hit the treadmill mill for some HITT/ LISS ( I don’t know exactly what you want to call it)
I would go full speed for 60sec or so the slow down repeat for as long possible. Then finishing with a steady speed. Heart rate was definitely high I was leaving a sweat trail all over the place. 30 minutes a little over 3 miles and I was out the door.
I will be staying fasted until lunch time. I have meal prepped a big lunch that can be 2 small meals 12 and 3 or whatever time it happens. Ground Turkey/shredded carrots/broccoli/ rice 1058 calories 82 grams protein. Then dinner at night.
