Weightlifting Gloves

I'm currently using a pair of gloves with leather and synthetic materials. It's in very good shape, but it's starting to stink. I don't know how to take care of leather in this situtation because it is in contact with my skin and sweat at all times. Do I treat it like I would a leather couch, jacket, car seat? Also, what are y'all using for gloves, if any? I had a nice Harbinger one that I donated to my mom before I broke it in. I miss it and would take it back but that wouldn't be nice. Thanks in advance!

I've not tried this as I stopped wearing mine but I thought foot & shoe spray would work.

I use versa grips, they are awesome and that doesn't happen with them.

I only use gloves while benching so the bar doesn't slip. I use golds gym wrist wrap gloves.

I used those but they came apart starting at the thumbs. Current pair is some generic thing from Target that has leather between thumb and forefinger as well so I think they will hold up longer.
