Weight loss stack question?

Hi everyone, I've been out of the supplement game other than vitamins for some time now.

I eat pretty clean, mostly organic foods. Because of having a injury it set me back for some time & caused me to gain weight. Over the past few months I've been able to step it up and kick things back into gear. I've been able to workout/cardio 3-5 times per week.

I'm looking to start supplementing again and the stack I'm thinking of is: Reduce-xt, RK500, Green coffee bean extract, Thyrocaps all at the recommended dose.

My question is, would it best to take each supplement all together each day or break them up one bottle a few weeks at a time for 8 weeks?
 
That would work well. Pretty basic stack. I would probably leave out Thyrocaps until you diet for a while and losing the last pounds get hard.

Any reason you're staying stimulant free as well?

Mainly because I didn't like the way my body felt on it in the past, feeling of too much caffeine in my system. I ran a cycle of AT-2, Erase and OEP before and it felt like it was too much.

You shouldn't have any of the "heavy supplement use" effects from the stack you listed. The ketones and GCB won't have any noticeable side effects, and the only thing you might see from Reduce XT is minor joint issues, if that. Those 3 are a fantastic stim free weight loss stack, especially since you seem to have your diet nailed. I'm not too familiar with Thyrocaps but from my knowledge, they'll help a bit and every little bit helps :D
 
Start with Rk500 + GCBE for a few weeks, then add in RXT + Thyrocaps toward the latter stages of your cut as they really help in the final stages.

Just got my order in today, it took me a little while due to other financial situations that came up. I decided to throw in TTA500 because it came with a free bottle of Thyrocaps. Since last posting I've been able to drop from 188lbs to around 180lbs on my own with just diet and exercise and am excited to start my cycle.

How does this dosage look?

Weeks 1-8

TK500
1 cap morning 30min before food
1 cap dinner 30min before food

RK500
1 cap lunch 30min before food
1 cap night 30min before food

GCBE
1 cap morning 30min before food
1 cap dinner 30min before food

Weeks 4-8

Reduce-xt
1 cap morning
1 cap 4-6hrs later
1 cap before bed

Thyrocaps
2 caps morning
1 cap 6-8hrs later

I work nights so I'll have to adjust times as needed.
 
Dang, sorry man...glossed right over this one...dosing looks good...running TTA for 8 weeks, would def keep it at the 2cap/dosing you have...RK500, could work your way up to 3 caps/day... other than that, should yield some pretty nice fat loss...anything else comes up, please let us know, promise it won't take as long :) and thanks for the SNS support!!
