So I am 5 days into a PCT from Havoc. I am looking to start a weight loss regimen to lose about 20 lbs in 2 - 3 months, which I believe to be very possible.
I am on DCP (6 caps a day) and Lean Xtreme (3 a day).
Weight is 230 and I optimally want to be 205 - 210.
I know you are not supposed to cut during PCT, but i am hoping by dropping my carbs considerably 50 - 75 g of good carbs a day, and keeping my protein around 250 - 300 grams a day (144 grams from shakes) I can maintain muscle while losing some fat.
Food will consist of whey or isolate shakes, chicken breast, green veges, 8 - 10 eggs ( 3 yolks), oatmeal.
I go to the gym typically 5 days a week and cardio has been upped to 25 - 30 minutes on the arc trainer, in which it says I burn 370 - 450 calories each time.
Sounds doable?
