Weight loss into PCT

So I am 5 days into a PCT from Havoc. I am looking to start a weight loss regimen to lose about 20 lbs in 2 - 3 months, which I believe to be very possible.

I am on DCP (6 caps a day) and Lean Xtreme (3 a day).

Weight is 230 and I optimally want to be 205 - 210.

I know you are not supposed to cut during PCT, but i am hoping by dropping my carbs considerably 50 - 75 g of good carbs a day, and keeping my protein around 250 - 300 grams a day (144 grams from shakes) I can maintain muscle while losing some fat.

Food will consist of whey or isolate shakes, chicken breast, green veges, 8 - 10 eggs ( 3 yolks), oatmeal.

I go to the gym typically 5 days a week and cardio has been upped to 25 - 30 minutes on the arc trainer, in which it says I burn 370 - 450 calories each time.

Sounds doable?
 
bad bad idea. keep cals identical to on cycle till at least the end of week 3, then start dropping them, 250 cal/day for week 4, and then can go to 500/day week 5

Well, that is only waiting two more weeks so not that bad.
I was just hoping to cut down on the carbs and up on the protein and keep an equal balance.....wasn't sure if it work the same or not.

will it be ok to keep cals the same and up cardio?

if you lower carbs i'd raise fats more than protein, but should keep the same total cals, and leave cardio alone till end of week 3/start of week 4. and even then try to ramp it up over a week or two

gotcha, I will take it a bit easy into my PCT then and be happy in my chubby phase....lol. March and April are gonna be the though cutting months LoL
