Could someone please tell me why the general rule is you have to have a low body fat percentage before you get any results from fat loss creams. Why wouldn't it work on some one with 20+ body fat? Or why wouldn't it work as well?
At that high a BF percentage, you would most likely benefit the most from a localized topical cortisol reducer, which will shrink your waistline and eliminated some visceral fat.
Once you get to the 16% or under range, change to something like Napalm - which has compounds to further reduce VAT as well as start to eliminate the jiggly SAT.
At under 12%, your VAT issues are most likely gone - so a pure SAT reducer like Lipoderm Ultra would be your key.
Eviscerate.DSADE, you are wise! Are there any topical cortisol reducers out there, or would you have to home brew?
Eviscerate.
Not so much at that high a BF percentage, but it rocks some jigglies off in a quiclike hurry when you are down lower.transdermal clen should do the trick to. u know in case u wanna go hardcore

Run a quick google search for - Eviscerate 7-oxoHey can any body share with the company name of this.
dsade, the last time I measured I was at 11% (using one of those handheld electronic devices). I dieted hard for 8 months prior to that, come down from around 18%
Now it's a month later and I'm a bit leaner, perhaps 10.5% or so and the last bit is getting tougher. What's funny is, when I pull at my love handles and lower waist, it's super elastic it seems. I can actually yank it about 4 inches long very thin. Maybe it's skin, but I'm sure there is some fat there too.
According to what you said, I don't need a topical cortisol reducer, but the other type, which I will definitely try according to what you said.
However, it makes me think, should I be taking a cortisol suppressant anyway? Orally perhaps?
I take:
REDuction
egcg
CLA
sesamin
acetyl l-carnitine
5-htp (mood)
st john's wort (mood)
I have already ordered and will be taking shortly:
lean xtreme
7-keto
so the only cortisol suppresants I know of from above are 5-htp and st john's wort, although these seem to be "indirect", as it improves mood, therefore decreases stress.
I haven't got on lean xtreme and 7-keto yet, but I'm hoping that will be the nail in the coffin for fat loss.
Thanks for all your help!
what did you think of REDuction, I read some good stuff about it but I'd like to know from experience? Thanks.
REDuction is the first fat burner i've ever used, and it's probably the 3rd or 4th product I've used from Controlled Labs.
Every product they have works well IMO, it may not be "hardcore" like gaspari products, but they seem to be more concerned with being conservative and safe.
the reviews for REDuction are overwhelmingly positive at bodybuilding.com forums, I get such a euphoric and appetite supressant feel from it, that I got my girlfriend on it and she agrees. the mood enhancing is incredible.

thanks, what lipo though? there are like four diff onesThe females on this board seem to really like Lipo and I beleive a few have used Napalm. Nothing in it that I could see being a problem for a female.
