I've been working out for three years now and i weigh 141 and i'm 20 years old. i wanted to start on a ph but i wasn't sure if i am still too young to start any supplements like thgat? any advice would be great.

i think you should eat healthy, get on a nutrition plan, and take decabolen... that's one of the strongest ph's on the market..

ignore the advice about taking a PH. What you need to do is sort your diet and training out. Gaining mass can be hard if you're not eating the right things, getting the cals etc.

If you smoke/drink it would be a good idea to stop. There counter productive to gaining weight.

check this thread out and head over to the bulking section http://anabolicminds.com/forum/training-forum/99607-gaining-mass-nutshell.html

if you want to wait a long time to gain weight by eating, do it.. but if your impatient like me,... take a ph/ steroid to gain.. dont listen to junkies..

:madfawk:ok A$$hole u obviously know nothing.... To the OP if you gte on a strict diet start some staple supplements like whey, Creatine, Fish Oil, ect you will put on some good weight hell the creatine alone should gt you about 10 lbs in the first month or so if you need some help or just have questions PM me and dont listen to douche bags like fire fighter88 most of the people on this sight are very knowledgeable but there are a few douches here and there such is life but nutrition will make or brake any goal you have u gotta eat big to be big.

u need to gain weight before u consider taking a ph, if ur not doing so already start doing compund excersises like squat, deadlift and bench. Squating being the most important, if you go low reps heavy weight u should see some good size. and if ur apprehensive about squatting don't be.
Shut up and Squat!

Thanks for all the advise. its frustrating when your gaining weight then all of a sudden you plateau and you can't gain anymore weight. so on top of eating more and healthier and taking creatine. should i load up on protein shakes as well?

yea plateau's suck but you gotta bust through if you're eating more calories than u burn u will gain weight just keep at it and as far as creatine goes I like mono cycled at 25 grams a day 3 days on 3 days off

Listen to Chub and the guys who are telling you to WAIT!!!

Regardless of your age (and anything YOUNGER than 21 years is a straight out NO to using PH!) 141lb is FAR from anywhere near the weight anyone who might consider taking a PH should be. Maximize yourself NATURALLY before going the hormonal route. And it can EASILY be done if you listen to the recommendations you are being given!

FOOD (eating LOTS of it), the right type of training (the big lifts, as mentioned, and following an appropriate split with the right sets/reps/recovery), the necessary recovery days, and the basic staples, are ALL you need to GAIN WEIGHT.

If you've plateaued, then you need to start either:
a. Eating MORE (and if you can't get the calories you need from all clean, high-density foods, then 'cheat' food is not really going to be an issue to eat of you have to get the calories in); or
b. Change your training regime around (and you should do this every 4-6 weeks, so that your body doesn't get used to what you're doing and top adapting).
