Lower carbs, and lower sodium starting only the day before.

Easily 5+ pounds by then if you have a decent amount in your diet currently
 
I went from 189 to 178.5 in 2 days to make the 181 class this past week. Still got a new PR in deadlift by 15 lbs. i ate 300 calories the first day with a half bottle of water and the second day i ate nothing with a half bottle of water and played basketball both days and no supplements. Weighed in that night at 7 and the lift was the next afternoon so i carbed up and pigged down that night and morning and it worked out great. Weight is super easy to lose as long as you don't put anything else in your body
