I'm fairly cautious and would taper slowly to prevent estro rebound.

Maybe something like this...
Half a tab ED for the next 3 days
Half tab Monday Wednesday Friday next week
Third of a tab Monday Wednesday Friday for the last week

You'll prob need a pill cutter to get it into thirds.

People on liquid letro usually taper off .5mg at a time

But with letros long half life I think a slower taper is better.

Another idea.
Some people will run tamoxifen or aromasin or formestane for a week or 2 AFTER letro to prevent rebound.

Yes, I have a pill cutter. I can't get any aromasin. I only have Letro and Adex.

Run that for 10 days to 2 weeks after letro. It will block estro receptors while ur body normalizes estro levels by creating more aromatase
