did about 5 sets of these. Weight was light but power cleaning them every set had me pouring sweat!

Hope the tips helped on Rack pulls and deadlifts. Your form was much improved off a few sets.
Now don't let this ginger kid surpass you :)

I appreciate it man for sure. Back felt way better and pulls were crisp!

This is the first time in years (5-10) I have done Front Squats, but after reading about folks doing them and The Solution posting some helpful video's (Thank you) I thought I would give them ago. I am not one to elevate my heels when squatting but I found a 10lbs plate very helpful on these. I started very light and worked my way up, after 50 reps I was done.....but I will be back for more next Quad Day.

Seated Calf (1) 50x15 (2) 50x15 (3) 50x15

Thank you all for the motivation to give the Front Squat a try again after all these years!!

Sorry to barge in here burin didn't want to start another thread for a simple question. Since u guys seem well educated on squats maybe u can help me. No matter where I put the bar on my traps after I'm done squatting I get numbness down my arm to my fingers. I know this isn't normal right? How can I fix. Don't really want to use a sissy pad.

Consult your doctor numbness isn't a good sign, but I have found moving my hands out to the collars helps relieve tightness in my pec and bicep which would go numb if I did multiple sets. Then I do mobility work until I am able to move my hand back in comfortably.
 
As he said^^^ check with your doc. Years ago I had the same issue till I switched to pw squats instead of bb squats - low bar as opposed to high bar. It also helps to try to focus as if your bending the bar forward as opposed to letting the weight just push back against your arms
 
Still have numbness in my thumb mainly and I finished about an hour ago. Not complete numbness but tingly, if that makes any sense. I just scheduled an appt with chiropractor and will see what she says.
