Just didn't want you to think I wasn't holding up my end on the log. It's only been a week so should be any day.
 
You guys will definitely enjoy it! I use mine intra with a 1/4-1/2 scoop of Karbolic.

I don't know you but I see you on this forum and on bb,com. I've noticed that you only have a few posts on both forums, yet you have just accepted sponsored logs on each forum. This is definitely frowned upon unless you have openly disclosed this to both of the companies and got their OK. Did you? I know the other product is Muscletech Anabolic Halo. While they seem like different types of products, Compete and Anabolic Halo should both have an effect on recovery. How will you know what each product is doing?
 
Got my goods and here is the start of the log will get more indept once the training on this starts today.
