ways to cut water or fat

i need help getting thinner skin, it might be just water weight and a hint of fat, cuz my skin is paper thin like some peoples i have seen. im might run a cycle of some clen to just get rid of anything but maybe get a diuretic also?
ive been doing sauna for about 10-20 minutes for a couple of days now anything else?

continue doing the sauna daily while drink 1/2 gallon with BCAA at minimum. Try drinking green tea as well if you want put preperation H on and clear wrap yourself before going in the sauna.

B6 is a diuretic as well, maybe add that in. Or you can do a harder diuretic but you can only use those short term.

I liked NOWS brand Water Out. Or just plain taraxatone. I hear Scivation has one that works as well.

This looks like the ideal case for a transdermal. I've never used one personally, but I think it would be worth a shot to try some Napalm or lipoderm.

LipoBurn is much better for drawing water out. The other two I would use if it is stubborn fat.

so clen and napalm?
how long of cycle 4 weeks?
and napalm,me applying it to certain spots, will it still help over all though? or just that area only?
would one bottle last or need 2?

clen in my opinion is dumb and not worth it lots of better options for your objective. Axis labs has a new diuretic called extract I believe. If it truly is just water weight cut down you sodium intake, do what the good bros and sisters have told you and you will be fine without clen.

clen is not too harsh when taking it transdermally. go to the search and find the thread on transdermal clen. some good info on how to mix it and crap like that

if u are going to take clen orally don't stay on for 4 weeks. do like 2 on 2 off kind of thing or 2 on 1 off. u can also run benadryl with it so u can stay on it longer if u wanted to do 4 weeks straight

Remember this is the supplement forum, lol. :) There's plenty of safer alternatives to using clenbuterol "to get rid of a little water"

Napalm only works where it is applied. Some people experience water retention..lol from Napalm. So if you do use it you need to add caffeine to it.

Honestly I would use a diuretic 3 times a day for 3 days and see if it is water. In 3 days it will be gone if it is. Also the more water you drink the less water you will hold especially if you keep your sodium levels low.

It is not harsh in transdermal form but if he has never used Napalm before he should respond to it well without the addition of clen. And I never noticed a huge difference between Napalm and clen/Napalm.

You can also put on Napalm and the add some capsaisin to it. Rather than waste the clen.

ok. he just mentioned clen so i was giving advice on that. if that's too harsh albuterol works great too. also can't go wrong with some napalm, dcp, and eca stack

he said water or fat. so i'd say try the diuretic first or just look at the amount of sodium consumed in his diet that may get rid of it right there. he mentioned something about clen first so i didn't bring it up in the supplement forum. but yes he should try other things first

Agreed Napalm for the cortisol , Dcp/ephedra hits the fat.

A short! diuretic stint to test the water issue.

i kno your a board sponsor so you gotta push your product out there but...are you serious? or is there something out there that you wanna mention but you cant cuz its not axis labs?

haha that's great. i don't listen to company reps. they're great for some stuff but most of the time they're just advertising for their products. u can buy a water pill from walmart and it will work. i think MHP makes a pretty potent water pill though u might wanna check that out. it's called xpel

i not trying to be rude lol
they just pop in are like "hey try our product!"
id rather hear about a product from regular people than a rep so i know its actually good

HEY REPS TAKE NOTES FROM THAT FIRST LITTLE PART!

Reps do not always plug their products, I don't. I offer the products I think fit the situation that are liked result wise by the majority. Sometimes it is our products, sometimes it is not.

Well honestly I'm not sure he was out of line. The co. he reps for makes a diuretic which is what you were asking for. That gives you, the user the chance to go to the site he reps for and check ingredient panels yourself to see if it has what you want in it.

Now if he was pimping an off topic supp then yes I can see your point.

As was pointed out, not all of us only recommend products from our respective co. Most of us will offer up whatever we have experience with that works best in that situation.

I am dead serious and I don't just "pimp" a product. I don't have to make any deadlines or anything of the nature.

If you look at my other posts I do not just talk about Axis Labs supplements. I recommend products that I have had great success with or have heard great things about.
To be honest I could really care less if nobody on the board uses anything I recommend for the simple fact that I just feel in my mind you would be missing out.

I don't think someone should be judged negatively for recommending a product from a company in their signature.
-I mentioned Xtract because it is a great diuretic and I thought it may help you.

yes but u have to understand with that company name in your signature u have to realize that people are going to think u are going to prioritize axis labs products when suggesting stuff. whether you do or not most board sponsors do and that's just the way it is.

:cockblockedsad: <---- who would ever need to use this one on these boards?

I do understand that is how many operate. I just wouldn't have decided to rep for a company if I didn't fully stand by and believe in their products.

I see your point and just want it understood I am not one of the reps you are talking about in your post.

mannn im sorry axis rep man i didnt mean to make it feel like it was you against the world. ill check yo **** just be happy you just doing your job, btw do you get paid or just free **** if your a rep? jw
