Up early this morning to get my session in before work. I have not done that in a long time, and funny enough now i realize how much I miss that great feeling all day long. And well let's face it, it is nice to know when i get home tonight, i wont have to start slugging the iron around - just help with dinner and relax some.

Yes the morning workouts are awesome but SO HARD to get them going... I often want to go workout in the garage but at 4:30 AM a lot of the stuff I need to do might be a little loud for the neighbors next door. So I end up talking myself back out of it. I am going to have to just bite the bullet and do it anyway and try to keep noise to acceptable levels.
