My protein was delivered today. Have already had Frosted Churro and Chocolate. Both are stellar in just 8 oz of water! Likely will get Strawberry and Vanilla into me later just to see. If not, one pre-bed and one upon rising.. Definitely see Frosted Churro ice cream in my future!

Frosted Churro in oatmeal this morning was great. I'm trying chocolate in oats tomorrow, and strawberry in Greek yogurt.

Got pulled over last night 81 in a 50.... luckily the officer lowered it to 65 in a 50.. so $50 as apposed to $300 and no points (would have been four). Of course, my insurance slip had expired and I forgot to put the renewal in the car - $65. I will call in sick (ummm cough), take that one to court though show my slip and have it withdrawn.

Really though, d1ck move on his behalf.

He even said, just take your slip in to court when you get a date and they will withdraw the $65 fine - then why give me the ticket
Because then you have to pay the court fees... They still make money even though dismissed. Just bend over and relax it will hurt more if you are tense...

I do these instead of skull crushers. I get close to the same contraction on the long head and it is easier on my elbows.

Pappasito's oh yes that place is amazing! Some of the best fajitas you can get! Excellent place, all of the Pappa's restaurants are very good. They have Pappa's BBQ, Pappa's Steak, Pappa's Seafood and a cajun place too Pappadeaux's. She can't miss going to any of them.

Absolutely!!! When I lived in Houston these were the best!!! Pappadeaux's blackened redfish ponchatrain (sp) or shrimp brochette! Pappasito's fajitas!!
