Really liking the secondary days, and happy that I have gone with the 7 on 1 off ... Recovery is ok, and these days the pump is great.

It doesn't feel right to me two armed without weight, but I really like doing them one armed and switching the direction of each arm.

Actually havent run anything in a long time. Was looking through my stash though and coming up with some ideas, but honestly I want to cut my bf% some before embarking on a run.

THis was a tough one ... was about 39c in the garage when I got home from work. Got the door up and a fan going but not much relief at all. Definitely had a sweat going. The workout itself has left me SORE... the 25 rep no ******* leg press just destroyed me lol

Regular inclines, with reverse bands you can really push the weight.
