Also search in YouTube, "band mountaindog1", "mbree11", and "EliteFTS band". They'll show you all kinds of stuff.

Waz smashed his way through Pak Man's Graduate level programming, crushing legs & back incessantly, sometimes twice in a day. Also running 3 miles every morning even on off-days. As of this week he's rolling into more Meadows' programming.

hey si, i think i remember you mentioning you wear salomon running shoes? i'm looking around for some new boots while im walking my routes, my merrils are 7 years old, the footbed is shot, rolling ideas around. i know you like your running shoes just not sure if i remember their origins correctly

My Merrills are hosed. Grabbed salomons high hikers yesterday. My feet are pretty comfortable at the moment. I scrolled back and found when you mentioned them. Glad I saw that and grabbed these ones.

I did have more rest days that usual! And actually today has become a rest day. Server problems at work that I need to fix, so stuck here a little later than expected Energy is completely zapped *blaming the time change. So will take today. This does work well for me for rest days on Meadows.. I will lift Tues-Thurs, Sat/Sun.. Mondays and Fridays off (or run/box). Almost have myself talked into it don't I, lol.

I guess I'm not the only one feeling the effects of the time change. I feel asleep at 4:30pm yesterday afternoon for about an hour. Woke up for my evening feeding time :)

great leg work brother. big numbers on the smith floor press.. I always get scared under that kinda weight.. always hoping the tread on my shoes is trustworthy :fingersx:

I hear ya. That and that the uprights bars that the bearings roll on hold - not exactly industrial on a home set up.

Indeed. I will either take one this week (if not too lazy to set it up) or will take it on the next leg day for sure - as im sure we have a repeat. I thought I had in the past, but perhaps that was for bench?

No but ended up having to go up and down the stairs what felt like a million times last night - winded me..and a few trips used my hands on the steps above me lol
