Actually Dr said my lungs sounded decent, gave me the Z-pack turff mentioned.. See what tomorrow brings now.

Good luck man. The cough will still be there for awhile but you should start feeling better tomorrow. A couple long, really hot showers will help with the chest/cough.. I can understand the restless part.No really noticeable improvement yet. The doctor told me should notice in 1-2 days.. so hoping tomorrow is much better. From the sound of my cough, you'd think I have been smoking for 43 years.. (fyi never smoked). So looks like one more rest day, but in all honesty - tomorrow after work will be go time regardless, as I am just feeling restless now.

Feeling slightly better, but going to do legs after work regardless. I have to do something I know that much - even if the volume/weight is down.
lift like a deload. do a few exercises, maybe 3 sets of 10 squats at like 50% max, maybe a few sets of lunges and sldl and call it a day. just enough to get teh blood flow.

I did modify some of the routine (no challenge set, and leg press went with a constant tension, high rep format) but was exhausted and drenched with sweat by the end of it. Leg Curls ss Bodyweight Squats 70x8 / 10 80x8 / 10 90x8 / 10 100x8 / 10 115x6 / 10 125x6 / 10 125x6 drop 100x8 drop 70x14 + 10 partials / 10 - legs were actually cramping up, but got it done! Bodyweight Split Lunges 6 per side 6 per side 6 per side 6 per side - front foot elevated Squats 135x6 135x6 185x6 205x6 225x6 255x6 285x6 155x10 - I did not use the chains, nor did I focus on explosiveness. Smith Leg Press 135x15 225x15 315x15 405x15 - constant tension, smooth reps (although the last set became a grind) - finished this off with a deep quad stretch Walking Lunges BW + 1 chain x 10 BW + 2 chains to failure, then drop the chains and continue to failure. - set one is done one leg at a time - set two alternating legs each step - failure significantly less this week, as I was really running out of steam DB Stiff Legged Deadlifts 70x8 70x8 70x8 Standing Calf Raises / Dorsiflexion 185x30 / 50 185x30 / 50 185x30 / 50 - 30 reps done: 10 + 10 sec hold at top (repeat 3 times) Here is to hoping, I just sweat it out of me! Felt great to get a workout done.

Agree with everyone here, helluva workout. I tried the BW squats you do in between leg curls last week and the do give an awesome burn while warming up your legs.
