There's a girl at my gym who is on the sauce too. She's not quite as big, but she's ripped and very strong. I heard through the grapevine she competes so that'd make sense.

I should instigate something. I feel like fighting her too.

I've heard her make comments that make it sound like she's natural. If she is juicing she's very smart about her drug choices/dosing.Cause she still has that feminine look that most don't.

The one at my gym probably uses very modest amounts. She isn't 'huge', but she is significantly larger than a normal female. A lot of people look at her when she works out.

She's still feminine though. There's not much androgenic effects on her yet, I think she's probably 27 if I had to guess.

This is the woman at my gym. I don't know her name or who she is. Never bothered to ask.

Heres what a woman should look like,

Different strokes for different folks.I am by no means an everage guy.I stick out in just about any crowd even after toning things down considerably after high school.I'm basically a metal head/biker/BB'r.I would love to have a girl that sticks out as well,as does Cindy. As long as she's not bigger than me or masculine looking in the face.

Matter of preference, but x2 for me

Haha, got ya. Is that the chick from King of Queens? I've always been a sucker for dark hair/dark eyes.

Leah remini is. I'm pretty obsessed with Mini Driver though(The Riches, and tons of other films).

Yeah no doubt, I've always had a thing for British gals. Keira Knightley's another, until she decided to stop eating there for a while.

You obviously don't understand science.

.......and that's ok.

Support your claim then... Dont just throw around empty comments. Show me scientific evidence something like this is NOT possible. I'd love to see it...

Ziquor, the thing with Patrick Batemen is a bit strange. I can tell you though that 130lbs was not all muscle, thats obvious. How long was that particular transformation?

This study compares diets, but look beyond that and notice sedentary individuals gained on average 12.1lbs of LBM (FFM). 12 weeks of training on older healthy men:

^^^Note gains of 1lb/week

In regards to fat loss, the following study compares effects of High Intesity (HI) vs medium intensity (MI) weight resistance training. Study is comparing the two but note a 10%+ decrease in BF percentage in the HI group in only 12 weeks. Subjects were late 20's sedentary overweight males:

Finally you posted a question. I guess I didnt realize if we didnt agree with you then we dont know anything about science. So I apologize for wasting your time with my lack of knowledge.

Finally (again yes), I dont think there is a yes or no answer to whether or not these gains are achievable in said time frames. Only voted no so people at least consider the other side of the coin.

Great finds, but there are a few issues that come up, making neither of the articles great arguments. First, neither of those speak to tissue turnover ratios as a whole, but rather an individual tissue's (skeletal muscle, or body fat) loss or gain; secondly, the second study had an overweight population, where extreme shifts in body-fat percentages are not uncommon with the implementation of diet and exercise.

Is it possible to lose 'X' amount of fat noted in these cases in a 15 week time period? Yes. Is it possible to gain 'X' amount of muscle noted in these cases in a 15 week time period? Yes. Is it possible to do both concurrently, without anabolic assistance? Absolutely not. If it were, many of the amazing natural BB'ers on this site, including these logs:

http://anabolicminds.com/forum/usp-labs/87313-usp-labs-thank.html
http://anabolicminds.com/forum/core-nutritionals/92313-doug-miller-training.html

would be experiencing such rapid transformations.

You can come in here and say its impossible to gain more than .5 pounds of lbm/week however show me proof? There is not one size fits all when dealing with gains.

I believe it was UCLA's (or maybe CalState?) Sports Medicine Department, or possibly the American Journal of Sports who produced th literature pertaining to the body's protein synthesizing capacity. It equated to a maximal FFM synthesizing ability of approximately 30 grams a week, I believe.

I agree there are a host of issues with the posted links however I was only trying to illustrate a point. The reason I posted studies using sedentary men is b/c I believe for the most part you could consider a few of these actors as sedentary prior to their movie training.

Remember muscle memory is also a powerful thing (although Im not sure ever defined scientifically).

These guys above are not someone I would consider sedentary. Say one of them gets injured (I sincerely hope not but for sake of discussion) and they are out of the gym for 10 weeks. Give them 12 weeks once they get back in with a good diet and some USP Labs products ;) and I bet we would see one hell of a transformation. Without drugs.

I read some of your past posts and at one point you were severely injured and not able to train? I'd bet once you got back in you made some of your fastest gains?

Well it took me forever to figure out how to post pics so I'm way late, but if you remember we were talking about cindy phillips a litle and heres a good pic. Thanks for the help reaper!
Actually that is a nice compromise of muscularity and femininity. I am big enough physically and man enough emotionally not to intimidated by her body. Actually she is really quite pretty and that may intimidate me more than her physique.

In a strength respect, most definitely. However, even with properly timed nutrition and supplementation, and what I feel is a firm grasp on conditioning, I still could not have gained back 20lbs of LBM and lost almost the same in adipose in 5 months. I wasn't necessarily trying to break - nor am I currently - the 200 barrier, though.

She's pretty hot, kinda on the bulky side for me, I think the majority of it is because she has some GUNS for a woman.

I personally would prefer a fitness competitor over a bodybuilder as far as my choice in women. I would find it interesting to date a girl who bodybuilds, but honestly I like my women to be women-like... she is definitely one of the best looking/most female looking bodybuilders I have seen though, and probably has muscles in places that could make you well... to quote sublime... "...I didn't know she had the G.I. Joe kung fu grip..."

Actually after looking at a picture of her again, her jaw looks like it is thicker than it was in the first video. Quite a bit in my opinion. Maybe it is just the angle. That would be androgenic side effects IMO.

For whatever reason she will look like differennt people in different pics of the same timeframe.Sometimes I'm like well shes not all that hot, then others are just like WOW!(to me)I just looked at her "journal"and thiers some good examples in there.

This is my favorite thread right now :)

Here's a pic of her in the offseason...

I guess girls gotta bulk too... not so attractive IMO.

Eh, I'd hit it, but I wouldn't tell anyone though.

:toofunny: You wouldn't be able to shut me up if I did!Every post would have something to do with it.I find it funny when so many guys say I like a girl with meat on her bones and what they are truly saying is I like a girl with excess fat!Cindy has meat! And GMG,her contest pics are the freaky ones!Thats where she will have straight up abs and veins.Maybe a in between which is probably what I posted earlier.

I dunno dude, she looks like buff woman when she is all cut. I can handle that. She looks like a linebacker in that picture... don't know if I could deal with that.

Who am I kidding. I'd probably hit it. :toofunny:

She's def big for her size but she's a little bitty girl.I think like 5'3" or something?

EDIT:5'1" at 120 off season and 112 contest,13" arms.I read a more recent one where it said her arms are 14"

That's what I would consider on the short side, but she isn't a "little bitty girl" by any means.

She's really not that bad looking at all, dude.

She's got some thighs, and I can understand your fear of being in between those, as they could probably do some damage, but I think as long as you don't piss her off, she will let you live.

I think you misunderstood me. I think she is an attractive woman, I just don't find her attractive on a bulk. I understand that is part of the sport, and when she is cut she is pretty rad. If I was to date this person, I would deal with her bulking, and even if I didn't like it I would probably keep it to myself because I have no desire to get my ass whooped by a girl, and I am pretty sure if any girl could handle the job it would be her.

My girlfriends in the past have always liked my physique better when I am trim than when I have bulked, it goes both ways.

I still maintain she looks like a linebacker in the picture I posted. I personally like her physique the best in the first video that was posted of her on this thread.

And yes, those thighs are gnarly. Scared of them... well, only if they were around my neck... that could be a rough night.

Anyone see the new Zohan movie?

Thats what, IMO, an actor (Adam Sandler) like what we are all talking about would look like if they had 5months to prep for a movie without AAS or hGH. Agreed?!?!?!

I agree. I would hope that Adam Sandler did that naturally or else that'd be very embarassing. He's nothing too special in that Zohan movie.

Im pretty sure he was totally natural. He was on an ESPN show long time back, right after they completed the movie and he talked about what a biotch it was doing everything and he had no idea he could even look that good. How he had a few diet slip up's here and there. That the lifestyle was redicuosly hard to do and 3 weeks after the film was over he was pretty much back to his fat self, lol.

Yea not impressive but wouldn't you agree thats what most movie stars would look like in some of these movies "IF" they were in fact natural

From being kinda chunky to how he looks in that movie, yeah certainly believeable. He looked like he dropped fat and toned up a bit for it.

OMG Reaper... your avi. :toofunny:

Dude, do you do all that photoshop work yourself? You should start a website and put designers in random pictures. My next vote for one of your photoshop projects involves mary kate and ashley olson. lmao.

Haha. Nah this avatar is from that guy who is a CEL rep that posts around here. This avatar and the Bush one where he is holding the 2 bottles, he made those 2.

The one where Bush is holding the box of Mass Tabs and Condalizza is sitting next to him was the only one that I made. It looks good on the avatar, but the real pic of it is terrible.
