Im 23, 5 10", and 145 pounds. My goal is 180 pounds.

I have never taking roids but want to put on weight fast. I want the best results with the least amount of side affects. (everyones wish right)
My biggest fears are limp D and acne on my face, So im looking for anything that wont affect those areas.

What do you guys suggest I take? pills or shots? what dosage? for how long?

Any help would be great, Thanks.

Do you even lift weights dude? Steroids are NOT a magic solution they won't pack an unlimited amount of mass on you and your not going to gain 40lbs of pure muscle. On one cycle you have a lot of ****ing learning to do

You're 5'10" and 145lbs? Eat a few steaks and do some bodyweight squats and a couple sets of push ups... You stand to gain 10 lbs right there.

Yes I work out and I eat like a horse but I have a really fast metabolism.

Your right I DO have a lot of learning to do hence why Im asking.......

Im looking for something to add to what Im already doing to help with the weight gain process (steroids)

5'10 and 145 is way underweight man... you need to get your weight up to at least 160 at the lowest before you even consider a ph... You are either underreating or have a ridiculous metabolism... it will be no benefit for you to do any kind of ph until you put on a little weight... start taking some creatine and get your whey and casein protein... eat about 4000 calories a day... get your weight right and then come back when you are ready but you are not ready right now...

It's not that you have a fast metabolism and so you can't gain weight, it's that you have no idea how many calories per day you need to consume. You also don't know what a caloric surplus is, and what that means for your weight. Try figuring out your diet, tracking calories, hitting 1k surplus every day for 2-3 months and see what kind of progress you will make. I guarantee it will be just like using a PH, but in this case you will keep the weight. There's no chance that you'll keep the weight post PH use, you simply aren't ready.

Realistically, how long have you been training, what are your poundages in the core lifts (bench, squat, deadlift), how much do you eat in a regular day, are you doing anything that would be considered cardio?

145 lbs and your thinging about roids? Eat more, You want to gain, keep track of your caliores. Invest in some protein. @ 145 to add weight you will need at least 220g of protien per day. Think about that. Figure a 1/4lb angus burger with cheese contains about 25g protein. All fat counting aside you would need to eat about 9 burgers a day. And like dylangemelli said your total caliores really need to jump. The 9 burgers would put you at around 4200 a day. This is not a sugested diet plan. I just want you to look at what it takes to reach the caliores per day that people are talking about. I can understand your frustration about wanting to gain weight, but even running a cycle if your diet is in the tolit your results will be too. Try this. Get some protein power 52g a serveing. Eat the way you are now and have 4 protein shakes a day. You want to add weight this is a good way to start. Honestly jumping on a cycle now @ 145lbs would just be a total waste of time and money.
