want to loss weight the right way

hehe ....not yet ....since i have been eating less i cant go !I am going to purchase a book on ibs i think thats what i have every time i start dieting i get constipated ...i dont know whats up with that.......
 
Yeah your body isn't used to the clean food, I used to have terrible heart burn for the last 2 ;years of college. It cleared up as soon as I started watching what I ate. It just takes time for our bodies to get used to good clean food, it makes you think what the hell we were doing to our bodies eating that good greasy shyt.

warm milk everynight
ww3=64oz of prune juice

it's like a nuke, just chug from the bottle. Eat some Greens, and Fruits.

Don't let it stop you from going to the gym either, i did abs just to get things moving.

LOL, like a nuke, agreed, way back in the day I used to have issues, now its not the case.......

Try metamucil wafers, they taste like crap but helps ...

gj, now back to work, don't overtrain but concentrate on what's important get into a good routine and your golden hot. Remember this is a marathon not a sprint, and keep good foods in your house so your not tempted to cheat to much. But treat yourself once in a while, but follow up with some action at the gym.
 
i am planning on getting started tomorrow with the work out and diet my body and stomach are extremely sour i am going to chill to day...thanks again for every one advice by the way do you think i should take a daily fiber suppulant(spelling)

fiber is always a good thing in my opinion. I highley recommend it. Anyone else??

absolutely... I have 2 servings of metamucil (sugar free) every night, right before bed. You should also consider eating high fiber carbs as the majority of your daily carb intake. Just ensure they are low GI. some of my favorites are oatmeal, red beans, lentils, broccoli, cauliflour, and almonds (not really a carb source but def. high in fiber). Not only will a diet high in fiber contribute to a healthy digestive system, but also healthy heart, arteries. and will help keep blood sugar levels steady and regulated..

by the way, keep on truckin' on your diet and remember, slow and steady wins the race. If you start to lose steam, this board is full of poeple on the same quest as you and a great source for motivation!
 
great advice, i used to mix a serving of powder fiber in with my protein shakes, but getting many natural sources is the key.
 
hello all my wonderful friends i am sooooooooooo sorry i havent talked to you guys in a while but i had to pawn my computer because of financial problems so as you know i am a emotional eater so i am back at 203 lbs i am going to try all over again talk with you soon thanks
 
It's cool. You can still succeed. You have to try the blood type diet. There is a book called something like "eat right 4 your type" or something like that. I have seen it work very well. It tells you what foods work well for you and which ones are not good for you. You might be surprised what is bad for you. If you follow that book you will lose weight. Don't give up.
 
I've been around 198 for a couple weeks now, i know what your saying, i'm still eating right and going to the gym every day 5x a week. Change things up and use weight training and exercise as a stress releiver.
