Walter Cronkite Passes

The Dean of American Journalists has passed away. I can still vividly remember as a 11 year old kid that fateful November day in 1963 when he emotionally announced to the world that president Kennedy had died in Dallas. He was the man that all journalists looked up to, may he rest in peace.

The kind of journalist they don't make anymore. RIP Walter.

Very sad. I may be but 22, but I do know who he was, and remember watching a replay of him cry as he a announced JFK's assassination.(A sad day for this nation indeed).

Comfort to the family, and peace to their hearts. Another legend is gone.
