Wife wanted to hit the gym today, wasn't in my plans, but I'll take whatever I can get. She's been doing this dvd program at home, so she was pretty pumped to hit some weights. Had her do a 6 set, front squat x back squat combo, then a bunch of other crap after. As for me: Back squats: 135 2x5 185 2x5 225 2x5 255 2x3 275 2x2 292 2x1 305 1x2 Wanted to go a tad higher, 305 felt nice, but I think I wanna hit it for 5 before I go higher again. Plus I wanna do 3 wrapless as well. After squats we did a farmers walk/ suitcase carry medley from hell. She used 35lb KB, I used 70. Finished up with goblet step ups for about 100 reps or so. She used a 26lb KB, I used a 53lb So, the guy from American Ninja Warrior called me yesterday, and my wife forgot to tell me!!! He was interested in my video I sent him. Left a message today...
