Here's the fun I have planned for my base gym this weekend: TRAVEL WOD: Run 1 mile Do 15 burpees Rest 3 min Run 800M (1/2 mile) Do 30 burpees Rest 2 min Run 400M (1/4 mile Do 55 burpees BANGBOX CLASSIC WOD *OPENS WOD 11.6+* 10 min AMRAP 3 thrusters (115/85) 3 chest to bar pull ups 6 thrusters 6 C2B pull-ups Then 9....12....15, and so on till the clock stops. If you can't get to the round of 12, gimme 50 good burpees!!! Cheers, Wade

As a child I used to pick the lil white flowers off the Poison Ivy plant n suck the sweet nectar from em.. And yes many times I came home with a rash... But my body got used to it... Got a decent workout in today. Did a lot of focus on my Deads as far as approach and setup for next weekend. Did 2x5 on all weights. 135/225/275/315/345/365. 365 still flew off the ground, so that's a good sign, and no grip issues since I kindof took my time. If I feel this good on meet day, 400+ should be no issue.... Fingers crossed!!! Played around with my wrapped squating after that. First time using them, hurt like hell!!! I may need to widen the stance just a tad in order for them to help at all. I was a little tired after deads, so kept the weight at 225 and just did a bunch of reps to feel it out. Prob do the same thing tomorrow along with my bench/cleans day. Finished off with a buttload of pull-ups and dips. It was nice to get a good amount of work in today, I was worried I was gonna whither away to nothing! Cheers, Wade

thanks. I may squat without the wraps, since I haven't had much time to use them. It'll be a day of decision. If I get a good 2nd attempt I may just say screw it and go huuuuge for my 3rd. Talk about poor planning!!! HahahaLooks good, man
