me too, but I got limited supply.. :) i just run it at recomended.. if theres another chance, I woul deff. try again as I really believe in usplabs products.. I love Ap, pslin, powerfull, cissus, recreate, they gave me real results..

wow.. amazing session,I had to decrease the load because the form became ugly at the end.. but the first 4 set was pretty good.. my hams still hurts a bit, maybe I could done better.. :) but, Im pvery pleased with the results..

turned out, I could train before my plan..
session upper body :
1. incline bench press (4x1)x6 10s 242lbs
2. weighted pullups (4x2)x5 10s body+45lbs
3. dumbbell bench press 3x8x75lbs
4. head supported dumbell row 3x8x65lbs
5. cable backhand 3x12
6. zotman curl 3x10x 32.5lbs

I had no spotter today, so I couldnt did higher load.. just not confidence if I dont have spotter.. :( too bad.. I keep my reps perfect as usual, so quite nice session..

3. reverse lunges 4x8/side @55lbs
4. pallof press 3x12

I think I need to check my hams, it bothers me.. my deads felt easy.. I lose my moment and focus because there was this guy couldnt stop bothering me from asking about how to.. Im certainly want to help, but I hate it when Im in a middle of my concentration.. enough said, it was nice session minus that guy.. I just placed an order at nutra.. yep thats right, usplabs all the way for $300.. :( I need to try that jacked :D

5. scapular pushups 3x12
6. pushups with band 1x12

nicee... never done close grip bench with 220lbs.. speed bench went smooth, still need to do it faster..

I did squat test for this session, I got 381lbs with good rep.. not bad.. I was not doing that with my partner, so..
