Deloading is good for the body! But you still had great volume.
I am glad there is no sides I am really getting antsy for my turn to run this !

I haven't taken m1to before but in reading about it it seems to be a much less harsh compound than regular m1 t and it's more of a dry cutter than m1t I think it will stack nicely

OVERALL THOUGHTS: Solid Workout, no training partners today so i winged it myself.

DIET: Stayed on track today, but I think i gotta start tracking my calories for a few days to see
where I'm at. I haven't tracked them in a long time so it would probably be a good idea to start.

11 OXO DOSING: Applied 1mg of 11 oxo around 7am and just applied 2nd dose a few minutes ago.

Are you noticing any thing extra when you are working out? More sweat quicker recovery times things of that nature

Acne: None so far
Aggression:Nope
Back Pumps: Minor back pumps the other day, but increased my water, potassium & taurine.
Blood Pressure: No issues so far, I take my BP every week
Cardio Function: No negative or postive effects
Endurance: Definite Increase in volume of sets
Fat Loss: Yes, chest is leaning out & skin on my arms in looking paper thin
Hair Loss: None so far
Mood: Elevated after application
Muscle Hardness: Definitely harder
Sex Drive: No negative effects. Still getting morning wood
Size: 1/2" increase in chest size, nice lean gains
Strength: Slightly up last 2 weeks
Sweating: Increase in sweating @ the gym & at night
Vascularity: Definite increase so far, veins are popping all day

Overall Thoughts: Fantastic chest workout. I hit 90lbs for 4 reps on DB Bench. thats 5lbs more then 10 days ago
and the 1st time I've lifted that much in 15 years..! I injured my shoulders years ago and my PR for DB Bench was
110lb & 315lbs for Flat Bench, both were achieved naturally without anabolics.

For the last 15 years Ive never been able to get up over 70 or 75lbs on DB's without hurting shoulders. So hitting 90lbs
on todays workout was like a new PR for me and I'm super excited about being able to go that high again.

Now let's see if I can hit 100lbs by the end of this log...! :djparty:

DAY 17 - 11 Oxoderm Log

11 Oxo is treating me really well so far. I wish I would have had it during the 1st 8 weeks of my cycle.
Muscles are harder, arms are way more vascular throughout the day even when not at the gym. My
chest looks leaner and fuller.

I get warmer and start to sweat an hour or so after each application. Definitely feel it at night before bed.

Libido is still going strong which can by a good or bad thing depending on your current situation :)

Looking forward to weigh in tomorrow. Excited to see how this week has treated me :wiggle:

Overall Thoughts: Got into the gym early today and my energy levels were off the chart. Took advantage of it

thx Rocket. Your exactly right. Forearms most of the time are the only muscle that are exposed all of the time
in our day to day lives. Ive had people look at my forearms and ask 'Do you work out..?' just based on seeing
forearm definition. So its definitely good to work them out whenever possible :)

Overall Thoughts: Once again, like last week, it really looks like with the addition of 11 Oxoderm, this log has
definitely turned into a lean bulk instead of a recomp. I gained another 1.2lbs, but lost an 1/8" off my waist,
plus gained another 1/4" on my biceps this past week. Im up 3.2 lbs overall since the beginning and definitely
look leaner and more vascular.

11 Oxoderm has been treating me well so far, no sides whatsoever, just positive effects that have given me
the extra edge that i've needed to accomplish my goals...!


Were not done in here, so don't go nowhere yet, we still got 10 or 12 more days up in this bish..:head:

No worries bro. I haven't got to try the CL version yet. I bought 2 bottles after I already bought
2 bottle of the OL Version. Im looking forward to trying the CL version for my next run. it seems
to be a little higher purity from what I've read so it should take less to get the same effect.

Its Monday morning,, unfortunately the weekend is over & its time to get back into the swing of things.

This week were going to focus on using 11 Oxo to help further my loss of body fat & Ive decided to step
things up a notch in regards to cardio. Currently Ive been doing 20-30min of cardio about 4 days a week.
This week, Im going to shoot for 40min a day either doing 20min in the morning before work & then 20min
when I workout later in the day or 40min all at once later in the day if I'm not able to get 20min in before work.

I had an app called Flipboard and I read all sorts of magazine articles from Mens Health, various
body building websites and other sports that I'm into. Helps pass the time better :)
