Great mini review, keep up the good work ! And congrats on the 5lb OR from week before
thx grinnell. Im was really excited to put up 85lb on DB's. Thats the 1st time Ive gone that high in 15 years..!
I used to be able to hit 115lb on DB's & 315lb on Bench when I was 30 and that was all natural. I would have
been a beast on anabolic back then.

but just didn't have it in me.

DIET: Another good day of eating clean. Just gotta keep my late night munchies under control :)

I applied 1ml this morning and will apply my 2nd application after my evening shower.

Im still really liking the 11 Oxo so far. Still get the rush and more vascular throughout the day :)

Chest and arms is one of my favorite workouts. Pumps all over!!
Insane Pumps..! I love walking out of the gym after a Bi/Tri workout, when your arms are so pumped
they feel like they will explode whenever you move them :)

thx bro. I like doing Back on Mondays because everyone else in the gym is doing Chest, more free machines.

One day off shouldn't throw you too far out of whack :pat:

I like Hammer's too. Have you ever tried Cable Skull Crusher Bicep Curls...? Love them..!

They felt so good, i really didn't want to stop working them out.. didn't want that feeling to end.. LOL :)

CABLE SKULL CRUSHER BICEP CURL

Set up a flat bench right up against a cable machine. Then set the cable about 2 feet up above the bench.

Then I attach a straight bar. then lie on the bench, I like to lie on it with my head away from the machine.

Then I place my feet against the cable machine to brace myself, and then I curl the bar down towards my
head like a skull crusher in reverse.

The other variation of this, is if you lie with your head right up against the machine looking up at the bar
and then curl the bar down towards your head. Im not as crazy about this way because it seems like a
shorter range of motion then the way I do it.

CABLE SKULL CRUSHER TRICEPS

Set a flat bench up against the cable machine and elevate to a 45--60 degree angle.
Set the the flat bar about 6" above the bench....Then sit in the bench with your back to the cable machine,
grab the bar from behind And then pull the cable from behind your head. The return motion with be very
similar to a tricep skull crusher....

I call them High Cable Curls, but I love them too. Really focus on that bicep peak.
I love them, but I really like about them, is that it takes all the pressure off your back and makes you focus
on using only your biceps..

I do curls sometimes led down on a bench with a cable. I like that too.

Im pretty sure the Andro 300 is helping with my intensity.

Actually when i was about 90% done with my workout, I walked up to by brother & my friend
and they both said my arms looked pumped and my forearms veins were popping' :)

Never tried FatGripz, I will have to check them out..

If your forearm veins are popping now, get some Fat Gripz and watch them throb!! Love mine. Have improved on other lifts due to the improved grip strength. As well as open any f***king jar that thinks it wants to be stuck!!! LOL

Still dosing 11 Oxo @ 1ml twice a day. I'm really loving it so far. today is only day 9, looking forward to my weigh
in this week, feeling like Ive gained some muscle. Its Time to hit the shower and apply the 2nd application of 11 Oxo :)

I haven't used a plate loaded leg press in about a year lol, I enjoy them but to be honest I don't like the idea of unloading 10 plates each side :/

Takes too long lol.

Thx bro. So far I'd say that its treating me as well as 11 keto did last year when i used it.

I really enjoy them as well, but it does suck re-reracking 20+ plates :)

Maybe next week I will bust out the Knee Wraps & do a max out day on Leg Press :)

Overal Thoughts: Arms were still really sore from Arm day workout, so i decided to do extra cardio and only
abs today, so that I could rest my arms for chest day on Saturday.

Caliper Measurements: Unchanged

1" Above Naval: 31.5"

Overall Thoughts: Looks like with the addition of 11 Oxoderm, this log is turning into a lean bulk instead
of a recomp. Im up 2lbs in 2 weeks with no overall change in waist size or caliper measurements. Plus
I lost a 1/4" off my legs, primarily fat, and gained a 1/2" on my chest & 1/4" on my arms.

Ive been using 11 Oxo all week @ 1ml two times per day for a total of 900mg of 11 oxo daily. Im really
liking what I'm seeing so far and think 11 Oxo is definitely contributing to my results so far.

Yes the chest increase is really nice. I've been working out Chest different these last 3 week. Really focusing
on heavier weight with less reps and more sets.

I would love to end up looking lean like that. I need to lose at least 2" off my waist and get down to at least
a 30" waist. 32" is still too big for my smaller frame. Ideal with be between 29-30"

PROS: Easy application, dries fast, smells good, makes me more vascular, helping me stay lean
despite going up in weight these last 2 weeks. So far Im loving it..!

CONS: None, no side effects whatsoever..!

I've just started easing back into chest workout now after nearly 12 weeks due to a shoulder injury... My chest this morning is so damn sore haha.

Deloading is good for the body! But you still had great volume I am glad there is no sides I am really getting antsy for my turn to run this !

Yes sir! Probably jump on it in april ( I may add in some M1t-oxime ) for an 8 week run
