Vitamin d3

Some might say 10,000 is a bit high, but I've dosed up to that, with no issue.

I'm currently at 8000ui a day.
 
I have heard of people going for years on higher doses without issue. I have been taking 5k iu for about 6 months with no issue.
 
I've been taking 5,000 IU a day during the Winter to get ample sunlight with no side-effects. Some people respond differently but I have noticed that higher dosing at first (10.000 IU) seemed to have a positive effect.

Efficacy has also been increased by taking it with fat (it is fat soluble) and magnesium.
 
I believe you have to ensure you have ample amount of calcium intake to fully absorb it.
I used to take vit.D and Vit.E and had always drank a lot of milk.

this is tricky....dr.d said that when mega dosing vit d3 to be careful not to take too much calcium.
