Vitamin B-5 aka Pantothenic Acid use for acne

Instead of having to waste so much money on the popular commercial products, those with acne can just consume this. They'll save time and money. This is a very useful article.

I haven't had a problem with acne since I was about 14 or 15, but I've noticed that some 'prohormones' can cause some users to experience acne as a side-effect. I'll keep Vitamin B5 in mind, just in case I ever experience that as a side.

I Could have sworn that I read b5 for acne was a myth

I'll take it that's not your blog you've linked us to? I hope your treatment goes smoothly medic, it can make a world of difference.

Nope, not mine... I dont have acne on my face or chest... just my back flares up once in a while so it was hard for me to get it from a dermatologist. Finally after going to 3 different doctors I got it. I'm 20 days into into it and everythings going great.

It's embarrassing to be 20, in the gym 5 days a week, eating properly, doing everything right, and then saying no to going to the beach with a group of pretty girls for a day trip because im scared to take my shirt off.

Hey guys,

the B-5 worked for me very well. I started a few years back (During the 1-Test time ;-) at 8g/day went down to 5 and then stayed at 2g/day and it worked very well. You get used to the taste after a while.

However, the only problem i was facing was that I became very shaky. It is almost like the jitter you get from Clen. Whenever I put my muscles under tension, the started to shake. For example when i do abs, my whole upper body shakes. I have stopped with the B-5 for over 1 year now and everything seemed to get a little better. I honestly don't know if it was the high B-5 doses that damaged something with my nerves, but i would try to stay below 2 gram per day to be on the safe side. I would still consider it a much better option than Accutane and cheaper as well.

Good Luck to whoever tries it!

im going to take a dose in the morning, lunch, then late afternoon, then pre bed

question is can i mix it into my lunch protein shake, it wont break down will it?

Thanks

B5 makes my skin worse. If you take B5 for your skin, make sure to supplement with enough biotin at the same time. It causes a serious deficiency in this vitamin which is also necessary for healthy looking skin.

B5 really helped clear my face up, I started out using like 5-8 grams and day. Then I went to like 2-3 for like a month. Now, almost a year later, I do not even have to take it anymore.

After reading through all of these posts I looked to see if my Multi-V or Muscle Milk have b5 and Muscle Milk actually has B5 in it listed as Pantothenic Acid.
