Pre supps
Currently been on a cut without any legitimate supps for roughly 30 days, with my cals/macros all tuned in using MyFitnessPal app. Started at 215, 16% bf, and currently sitting at 201, 13% bf!
Having a decent experience in weightlifting, I've learned that incorporating supplements is best when you have already made solid progress and are hitting a plateau.

Misc. Background Info
Had bad gyno, and i mean real bad from a stupid cycle at an age that i shouldnt have taken it. (18).... Taking the dive, i went under the knife 7 weeks ago and boy was that the best decision I have ever made.
Doctor did what i thought was an excellent job and left very little noticeable scarring under the areola, but about two weeks ago i noticed the left pec getting puffy and there feels like another lump has appeared. Slightly tender but its hard to depict between tender scare tissue or newly formed gland. Anyone thats experienced gyno knows its the largest mind **** a male can possibly go through and even more after just coming out of a $5000 surgical experience.
Getting worried i did some research to try to control my E levels. I havnt gotten blood tests but i never did a correct PCT all those years ago so i know i never fully bounced back. Hell, i was even lactating a week prior to the surgery.
This left me with a little research around anabolicminds and the advice i obtained suggested that these were solid products to help me bounce back. Im hoping it will at least stop the tissue from further developing and if im not content, ill proceed further with my plastic surgeon, and take ralox... Lol.

Viron; 1 cap AM & 1 cap pwo 5 days on / 2 days off
Rebirth; 1 cap AM & 1 cap pre bed
Exotherm; 1 1/2 pump twice a day or 2 pumps AM & 1 pump pm
Prolactrone; start with 1 cap pre bed and then up to 2 caps, then eventually 3 caps max all spaced out.
Questions
I have a multi vitamin, but it includes b6, which i read might ruin the benifts of prolactrone. Anymore research on this?
