tonight workout was a big improvement on last week. stenghth and indurance are still on the rise. after i finished my weights still felt good and had more in the tank. hit the treadmill but not pushing it hard as i dont want to over do it. even now feel good and not that tired.blue up:thumbsup:
have a good weekend everyone i plan on resting tomorrow and maybe do a light tae kwon do workout on sunday and some treadmill maybe. doing this log is giving me motivation to get into my best shape ever as i will be posting pics at the end

i felt a bit short tempered today at work but really focassed and just mowed through my work. tonight at the gym was possibly one of my best workouts ever ,strength ,endurance still on the rise:squat:

i plan om going full speed ahead and hopefully the gains keep coming, at the moment im in the best shape i have ever been in and hopefully will continue to improve. i aso plan on running this log for six weeks instead of 5 like originally planned.while the blue up is a factor in my gains , the fact that im doing a log has made me alot more focassed and im doing all the little things better like eating the right type of food and trying to get as much rest as possible

tonights workout was off the charts. the blue ups really kicking in as my agression levels in the gym are way up.
other things ive noticed is that im having trouble getting to sleep at night (trouple winding down) and sex drive has been stronger this week

tonights workout went well with new personal bests in everything but squats. with my squats its hard to judge personal bests as i have squated more in the past but my form was a bit off. now i squating better and getting lower than before. the squats are getting better every week but are not progressing as much as everything else. one reason for this tonight maybe because my upper body feels completely shattered today. during my squats i was running out of breath before my thighs were giving out
all and all another solid day on blue up:dance:
 
had rest day yesterday. just come in from a 2 hour surf. my endurance was good in the water and i got a couple of barrels:woohoo: but it was very cold as it is winter here in nz
 
went surfing for 2 and a half hours today. waves were a bigger than yesterday and it wasnt as cold. took some poundings out there but my indurance was good. also went into town last night and had a few beers. a cool reggae band was playing at my favorite bar. awesome night, my confidence was up and i even had a chick from my gym introduce herself to me and say she liked what i did in the gym.
that blue ups helping in all sorts of areas in my life:lol:
shoulders a bit sore at the moment from the last 2 days of surfing but should be good to go tomorow for chest and back at the gym:thumbsup:

Hay vs hows the recovery after that epic work out and do you train by yourself or do you have a training partner or maybe someone who is ALLWAYS there to spot you or maybe give you encourgement or is the man that is vs just a lone ranger who is not scared of failure.

didnt do any cardio tonight as it was a hard session at tae kwon do last night and im feeling it a bit today. despite my soreness and tiredness my stenghth still was up on the previous week in everything but tricep pushdowns. this was properly due to the fact that i pulled something slighty in my left arm on monday nothing serious, just a little niggle but i did feel it a bit during pushdowns. i dont have to train upper body now till monday so it should be right by then. im glad i got some bulk super cissus in my order at nutraplanet coming:thumbsup: im into my 4th week on the blue up and so far blue up is proving to be in my veiw one of the best natural test boosters on the market(possibly the best money for value):box: but im yet to try axis labs hypertest which is also in my lastest order

steroids and ph's dont interest me as i dont desire to get huge. i just really injoy lifting as bigger weight as i can and pushing myself. also i dont like the idear of taking something thats going to harm over all heath, but thats just my veiw and to each their own:head:

yeah, it's impressive alright, V.S is the main man when it comes to the natural test boosters, i can't wait to see the final pics there V.S!

blue up is looking like the real deal in the test booster range especially with it being such a great price compared with others in this category like chuck desiel's new booster which is way too pricey IMHO

stength continues to be on the rise, didnt do any cardio as i felt like i'd been through a war after finishing my weights. my left arm continues to have a little niggle in it, as i really felt it in my chin ups. all my increases in stength lately=my bodys starting to feel it a little bit. this is week 5 of this bue up log so i will continue to push it to the completion of week 6(end of log). also i have noticed feeling more agressive and more confident as my time on blue up continues. :clean:
