Alright man! you gotta stop! you modestly jump in and start this thread with this video attachment of your big 315 accomplishment....... GO and look at the video yourself man...... you ripped through 315 with no problem for eight easy and controlled reps with perfect form! failure reps could have easily been 12 to 15. That tells me that you are too mentally hard on yourself and need to load that bar up man. I KNOW after watching you do that you could easily push 405. The strengh, control and form are all there. Load up the bar and surprise yourself! Now, don't take my post as a flame! it is not intended as a flame I am simply stating that you are stronger than you think you are.... 315 for 8 easy reps is AWESOME man. you have more in ya!
