I want to give a huge thanks to @ZOO for hooking me up with a bottle of Ogre to log. This has been on my radar and my next product I wanted to try from Vicious Labs killer line up. I have ran their DMZ with great success and this is the next level one to try. I will be as detailed as possible with my training and nutrition through this log and will be running it at 3 caps a day for a month. I am on trt 200mg of test cyp for over a year already so I won’t be using a pct but advise people that it is needed if you decide to run Ogre.
From VL sight - Anecdotal review frequently notes heightened capacity, recovery, lean mass, and strength when incorporated into an appropriate training and nutrition program. M1A is markedly potent and best reserved for experienced users engaging in an aggressive bulking program.

I am 6’4 and will be doing a PPL program which is my normal routine.
Due to corona my gym has been closed for 6 months so just was able to get back into a few weeks ago. Already got my diet dialed in and consume 250-300 gram of protein a day. I gained a few lbs since then but will recomp nicely with ogre

I’m the smallest of 3 brothers but I think I got a good height. I just ordered a ton of clothes that got delivered and they are Large tall and the sleeves are still short so gotta return and re order. My biggest ever was at 280 and running a bunch of crap many years ago. I’m happy now around 225 and hopefully by the end of this cycle I’ll be close to it and gain a few lbs of mass

BWx failure 5 sets
Seated ohp
135x8 for 5 sets - slow and controlled 3 count up and down
Side dumbbell raises
30x8 for 5 sets
Ohp machine
Rack x 8 for 5 sets - this machine is a new favorite of mine it burns and don’t feel any pain
Tri pull down
Rack x 12 for 5 sets
Skull crushers
Rack x 10 for 5 sets

amazing shoulder pump today and felt good overall. I know it’s only been the first dose of Ogre but the shoulder pump felt like I was on week 3 of a PH cycle.
Meals today
Breakfast - protein pancakes - FF cottage cheese, egg whites, coconut flour, surculose, vanilla extract and baking powder blended up abs cooked. Walden farms syrup on top - it’s only 450 cals but has 20g of fiber. It’s a tasty brick that fills me up for hours

Lunch
3/4 lb of stewed chicken on carb balance wrap with FF cheddar

dinner
Same as lunch today sadly

dessert
Protein pumpkin pie

260 cals a slice with 30g of protein and tats yes just like pumpkin pie. This is my go to dessert that I make or cheesecake variants.

Always try to put my best foot forward. Got 8 1/2 hrs sleep last night with my cpap machine. Took some melatonin before bed.

Pull day today

Dosed 3 caps of ogre 30 mins prior with 2 doses of vasoblitz. I also take all my support supps at that time,plus vit d and my thyroid meds.

Something that I noticed today - I felt strong today like unnaturally stronger than usual. I have done other compounds before and know this feeling but usually I get it on week 2+ never on day 2. Every weight that I chose today felt so light and moved so easily, love this feeling.

Wide grip pull down - performed 5 sets and just kept on adding plates and worked my way down the tree. Every rep felt light and easy loved it.
Close grip lat pull down - changed the grip to a close grip and repeated what I did before.
Reverse pec dec - 4 sets at 120 for 10 sets
Mid row -205 for 10 reps for 5 sets
Cable row - 5 sets increasing the weight every set

Machine curl - 125x10 for 5 sets
Single arm preacher curl - 25lb plate x8 for 5 sets - damn that thing burns
Ez curl bar - started with 60lb and dropped 10 lbs till failure and dropped again to failure for 5 sets - another drop set that just burns the crap out of my biceps

Cardio - 2 hour bike ride on and off trails with some huge hills that I climbed

Breakfast
647 bread with a carton of egg whites and ff cheddar and turkey bacon

Lunch chicken with veg and peanuts with a cup of brown rice
Dinner I might just bbq some chicken breasts
Dessert is either homemade pumpkin protein pie or Oreo protein cheesecake.

Ive never done that with any compound and had never given me any problems. I understand why people do it but in the real scheme of things it barely matters. Plus I’m on 200mg a week of test cyp as is and only dose once a week. While others would do 100mg every 3 and half days.

Lol!! I called you "little" the same way a smaller guy calls a bigger guy "Tiny". Not keeping up on things much lately has me realizing that I've forgotten a bunch. My knowledge on this stuff has faded. I'm here to learn at this point. 😉

I made some French toast breakfast sandwiches for my daughter one day and she asks for them every weekend. Lol! Basically just French toast but instead of just dunking the bread in the egg mixture, you dunk the bread and then pour the rest in the pan around the bread. Flip. Fold in the egg around the sausage and cheese and put the other piece of bread on. French toast breakfast sandwich. For hers I only use 2 eggs but mine I use 4-5.

Curious about the "On" feeling hitting so quickly. When was your last dose of test? I wonder if it's not having an effect on this. ???

Its so easy to make and the kids do love them
‘Test injections are always Saturday mornings and been doing them for a while where I notice if something is different.

I figured you would probably already be accustomed to the effect of the test but I'm wondering if the two together isn't speeding up the point of feeling"on"?

If you take 45mg of M1A at once, you are going to feel it, I can promise you that. Not going to have time to make strength & size adaptations significantly of course, but you will feel the hormone surge.

Thats a great question and maybe @ZOO could answer. But when I took dmz I didn’t have that instant strength gain like I felt today. I did get a great pump from day one with dmz though

If you take 45mg of M1A at once, you are going to feel it, I can promise you that. Not going to have time to make strength & size adaptations significantly of course, but you will feel the hormone surge.
Hmmmm maybe I should try and spread put doses? But I liked the strength feeling today lol

I don’t mean it won’t give gains, I meant no compound produces growth you could see in 48 hours no matter what. I think if you are happy with this dosing you should stick with it! Plenty of guys do their orals all at once for the day, or even only on training days even sometimes.

If the pills get in your body, you can expect results lol.

So true - get in my belly!! Plus I have a routine and if I get off of it I probably will forget the second dose in the afternoon.

Leg day today

Ate breakfast made protein pancakes -( FF cottage cheese, FF Greek yogurt, coconut flour, vanilla and baking soda) and a had a weak cup of coffee :( to keep my stims down - the pancakes are 50g of protein and 20g of fiber and keep you full for hours.
Dosed 3 caps of ogre 30 mins prior to hitting the gym. I loaded up my bcaa’s with 25g of waxymaize for my intra and ready for legs. I went into the gym today with sore legs from all the bike riding I have been doing and hiking but that doesn’t mean you skip legs.
Leg extensions - started with 165 and worked my way up to 265 with the final 2 sets being drop sets and worked my way back down to 165.
Leg curls- 185 for 4 sets
seated calf raises - 215 for 5 sets
Hack squats - 2 plates for 6 sets and man oh man were these super light today. I did more reps and moved quicker than I ever have before.
Ab crunch machine - 8 sets I did 4 sets did some cardio on the threadmill (25 mins of 4.0-6.0 incline) at a fast walk and jog then did 4 more sets
Lower ab crunches - 5 sets

Lunch today was Qdoba due to kids and running around - white rice, double beans, double brisket, lettuce and tomatoes with quac. Been 5 hours since I had that and still full so trying to figure how to get in my last meal of the day in. I have leftover bbq chicken breasts from last night so might just down some chicken breasts and a bag of peas.

I don’t know if it will matter in the scheme of things, and I realize this may really screw with your routine, but to my understanding you really don’t want a high fiber meal right before anything you really want to get absorbed (like supplements, oral medications/hormones, etc).

So the fiber pancake meal prior to the orals is like the worst time for that meal, especially if all of your dose is in the morning once a day. Fiber is important too for your health, but I just wanted to say it might be better post training so the orals are already absorbed. Or take the orals post training, or ideally move the meal.

I like that idea, I try and get tons of fiber with every meal so I really don’t think of it that much. I usually don’t care much about meal timing and working out as long as my daily nutrition is in point. Since I’m barely working right now it’s easy to time my meals

Great log so far!! For me, I've always had to space my orals out to keep my blood pressure down..
‘I’m monitoring mine throughout the day. I have a electric tester and if it’s high I will try that and post results.

Push day today

Dosed 3 caps of ogre preworkout with some vasoblitz. Hunger has increased today and was feeling more hungry yesterday too. I eat the same things a lot so I can tell when I’m more hungry than normal. I also had a headache today that has come on twice but my blood pressure is still in the normal range (for me). I also felt a little tired in the afternoon and took a 45 min nap and 2 Tylenol.

Incline press machine - 185 warmup set then did 5 more sets working up to 265. I worked on exploding up and counting to 3 coming down on each rep
Pec deck - 120 for 5 sets getting a full squeeze with each rep, short breaks in between sets 30 seconds or less
Dumbell flat bench - 70 warmup set then 4 working sets of 80lb dumbells flexing chest the whole time
Dips - Bodyweight till failure leaning forward for 4 sets
Hoist fly machine - 265 for 4 sets just feeling the squeeze
Hammer strength chest press - 45 and 25 plate per side and did 4 sets
Seated ohp - 135 for 5 sets keeping my form in check
machine side raises - 235 for 4 sets
cable side raises superset with face pulls - leaned on a angle doing the side raises and wound up doing about 8 sets total per side the right into face pulls
tri pull downs - 4 sets of the rack


My tris were burnt from doing so much chest work today. Next push session I will start with shoulders as my majority since today I did a lot of chest without even realizing till the end.

cardio was threadmill and a 2 hour hike through the woods. This weather makes it hiking so damn enjoyable. Beautiful day

Breakfast was protein pancakes again with 2 slices of turkey bacon n coffee - will change it up tomorrow - pancakes are cooked they just look that way since they are made from cottage cheese

Dinner will be 20 oz of beef that I have in the insta pot right now with one medium boiled potato, some steamed broccoli and 2oz of Brie cheese.
Dessert will be protein pumpkin pie again and going to make protein Oreo cheesecake tonight or tomorrow.

Bacon wrapped pork loin with a honey pineapple glaze. Injected with pineapple juice and salt, rubbed with apple wood smoked salt and pecan rub then wrapped in the bacon.
