Cialis and/or viagra preworkout is awesome. Don't remember what I dosed at but pumps were gnarly and so was the post workout "cardio"
 
How the hell do you guys afford this **** though. I got the first 3 free but I cant buy this stuff anymore, it's 178 bucks for 3 20mg pills.

I know that one big name has a product most speak highly of, I may give that a shot. I feel like it's dumb you can't pick up a full bottle of this stuff on the cheap like you can other stuff. If girls can complain about the government depriving them of their free birth control I say we men stand up and say the government is depriving us of free hard ons and greek god like muscle pumps.

Viagra / cialis are stupid expensive pharma grade. My concerns are not there because it is near impossible for a research company to fake viagra and cialis. You literally can not, NOT get a hard on from them lol.

Completely agree the prices on this stuff is insane and most insurance will hardly cover anything. I've seen guys pull $1000 cash out to buy a bottle in the past. I'm always like damn......

Thank god we in bodybuilding no about research chems. I had a guy complain to me one time about how he couldn't afford his cialis.. He had no clue about research chems.. He was actually seriously upset about it and how it was ruining his relationship
 
Popped 10mg cialis when I got back to my place with the girl, did some fooling around and 30min later we where off to the races. Wasn't too impressed with it, but I had wood when I normally don't so it did work. Just wasn't super wood. Now this morning I woke up and had a legendary rager for like 2 hours and when I pushed my body up and out of bed my tri's where sick nasty pumped. So I headed to the gym and crushed chest and arms and got some crazy contractions.
Maybe I didn't wait long enough last night for full effect?

Abstract
Aims

To characterize tadalafil plasma pharmacokinetics in healthy subjects following single and multiple doses.
Methods

Noncompartmental parameters were calculated for healthy subjects receiving a single 2.5–20-mg tadalafil dose in 13 clinical pharmacology studies. An integrated statistical analysis of results in 237 subjects provided global averages and an assessment of effects of body mass index (BMI), age, gender and smoking status. Diurnal variation, food effects and proportionality of exposure to dose were analysed in three studies. Multiple-dose pharmacokinetics were evaluated in a separate study in which parallel groups of 15 subjects received 10 or 20 mg tadalafil once daily for 10 days.
Results

Tadalafil was absorbed rapidly with mean Cmax (378 µg l−1 for 20 mg) observed at 2 h; thereafter, concentrations declined nearly monoexponentially with a mean (5th, 95th percentiles) t1/2 of 17.5 (11.5, 29.6) hours. Mean oral clearance (CL/F) was 2.48 (1.35, 4.35) l h−1 and apparent volume of distribution (Vz/F) was 62.6 (39.5, 92.1) l. No clinically meaningful effect of BMI, age, gender or smoking was identified. Exposure was not substantially affected by time of dosing. Food had negligible effects on bioavailability as assessed by 90% confidence intervals for Cmax and AUC mean ratios. Parameters were proportional to dose, indicating that doubling the dose doubled exposure. Steady state was attained by day 5 following once-daily administration, and accumulation (1.6-fold) was consistent with the t½.
Conclusions

Tadalafil pharmacokinetics are linear with respect to dose and time, and are not affected by food. Systemic clearance is low relative to other phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitors.

The treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED) was revolutionized with the development of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. Tadalafil (Cialis®; Eli Lilly and Company, Indianapolis, IN, USA) is the newest and most versatile PDE5 inhibitor in the clinical armamentarium for the treatment of ED. Its most unique characteristic is its long half-life of 17.5 hours, which lends itself to a longer therapeutic window with on-demand dosing and effective steady-state plasma concentrations with once-daily dosing. Clinical trials have proven its safety and efficacy with both dosing strategies for all severities and etiologies of ED, including difficult-to-treat ED. This thorough review will discuss ED, the physiology of penile erection and the role of PDE5, and all aspects of tadalafil, from its development, through its pharmacology, to its latest clinical studies and indications.

Yeah I've had a similar situation. If they were someone I knew well I'd point them in the right direction but too much liability otherwise which sucks.
 
I've had about 7 random ragers today and I'm not enjoying this. I sat in my truck for damn near 10 minutes trying to get rid of it cause I was about to pee myself, ended up having to waistband it and just go with it
 
I bought a bottle of something for my ex so he could last longer, but he freaked out about the yohimbe in it.

Lol, I told him that if he's afraid of the yohimbe, he better start lasting longer than 5 mins. Haha

Been taking 10mg of viagra and 15mg of cialis pwo, like the title says "holy sh1t!" Pumps are just dumb in the gym but the random hard ons are kinda annoying.

I really wanted it to work, ASPIRE 36 was amazing.

Only time I may require help is when I drink heavy, and Viagra works on/off and causes major headaches.

Not to be that guy or anything but if I remember correctly it was spiked with structural analogues of sildenafil. Must have had longer half-lives

Stuff worked but side effects were harsh.

Yup!

It had a few analogues in it.

It definitely worked, for like 2 days no matter what I drunk or did!

I've never felt that off Cialis and I've bought it from the same "shops" I bought Viagra which definitely did work.

It makes me believe there is more effective analogues out there. Mind you, Aspire 36 gave me a blood nose the first time I took it.

I still have 9 bottles of it somewhere ? ? ?
 
There was this supplement that came in a blister pack with 2 capsules called Nasutra that worked amazing. It was like $5 for two caps. It was also spiked and pulled off the market.

RC actually, always had good luck with research grade stuff except aromatase inhibitors, those I only buy pharma.
 
pharma grade. here in the uk you can go on to online dr website and make out you have e.d its all confidential and you pick up your script from a post office. pharma cialis is the bomb. 20 mg lasts about 40 hours. popped the bad boy last night, whent gym this morning and damn. felt like i was on superdrol or something
 
Every RC Cialis I tried, never worked for me. :(

I admit Ive tried different Viagra and some felt stronger than others, also more sides which was odd as I was picky where to buy from.
